Manta Rota is a pretty village with an abundance of restaurants, based on one of the Algarve's best blue flag beaches. Casa Isla is 10 minutes walk to beach, it has an outside barbeque area and kitchen/shower. The master bedroom has a large balcony and 2nd bedroom also benefitting from another balcony. The house has large kitchen equipped with all expected appliances. The lounge is large with leather settees which leads through to Dining area. The house is laid out over 3 floors with bathroom on every floor. The area is quiet and relaxing with restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Manta Rota is ideally positioned to reach main tourist areas of Tavira, Monte Gordo and Villa Real De San Antonio, 10 min drive to Spanish border, and only a 35min drive from Faro Airport. Hello, My name is Alison, myself and husband bought our Villa 6 years ago. we often visit the Villa with our 2 young children. We fell in love with Manta Rota the moment we discovered it, it has a beautiful beach, and the village has lots to do, and the people are warm and friendly. The Eastern Algarve is much cheaper than Western Algarve, where you can still buy a coffee and cake for less than 3 Euros. We pride ourselves on keeping the Villa Clean and tidy, and the pool is regularly cleaned.

Notes on accommodation: Air-con can heat rooms if required, brand new, decorated and furnished to luxurious standard. Outside: Enclosed side, rear and front patio area. Large pool for use by 7 houses in private electric gated condominium. Ideal for large families or two families sharing. Also will suit Golfers as several championship courses are very close by. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels included, free weekly maid service. Other: Front area has a lockable gate to restrict children access to pool. Side garden with lemon and orange trees, with shaded outside table, ideal to eat alfresco. House is air-conditioned and is heated for cooler winter months.

Amazing find!

Perfect house, large well decorated and very clean. A real luxury to spend our holiday here. So much to see and do in the surrounding area and fantastic beaches all within easy reach. Will be back!

Best place for a quite and relaxing holidays

The house is large and the yard around hous was nice, clean, quite with nice pool, grilling place. House is with AC, in the kitchen you can found any tools you need. But the house doesn't have internet we had to buy it.

In Manta Rota you can found wonderful beach with white sand, few restaurants, small supermarket and market in the mornings. This place is good with small kids!
