Our apartment is comfortably furnished and is fully equipped for 6 guests. There is a magnificent view of the lovely horseshoe shaped bay from the very large terrace. There is a bus stop and taxi rank within a 1 minute walk. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and is directly accessible by steps which lead down from the apartment. There are bars & restaurants, some with swimming pools, supermarkets & gift shops, pharmacy & medical centre, all within walking distance. For those guests who want to explore the island independently there are car hire & motorcycle hire firms also within walking distance. There are 2 children's play areas with inflatables within easy access.
We live in Essex, have a son & a daughter and are semi-retired. We have been going to Menorca since 1983. We have made many friends over the years and always look forward to spending our holidays there.

We fell in love with the island and never tire from going back time after time. The local people are very friendly and welcoming. We like to take advantage of the lovely walks on the island and the slow pace of life as it is a complete contrast to the area we live in the UK.
Our property is ideal for families and couples alike. It is convenient for the shops, restaurants and of course that lovely beach! For those keen golfers the local course is 15 mins away by car.

Lovely spacious apartment very clean with a large balcony where you can spoil your self with the breath taking views, Lovely restaurants where staff are welcoming and friendly. This is the best holiday we have ever experienced, been many times now and will always return.

There cannot be many apartments that can match the view from Chris and Jack's terrace. It was a joy to sit there with binoculars watching the boats sailing in and out of the sheltered bay of Arenal. The sandy shore is clean with shallow very clear water making for good snorkelling by the rocks at either side of the bay.
There is an adequate supermarket only two minutes walk from the apartment, and several restaurants close by. The one we used most was the Copas whose red roof you can see by the shore when looking down from the terrace.
The apartment area though, in spite of being so close to amenities is surprisingly quiet, so a lot of the time the only sound is that of the waves on the sand.
Parking is easy, there was always enough space in the parking bays on the road that runs behind and above the apartment complex.
Access to the beach is by flights of steps, but if you have impaired mobility it is only a two minute drive to beach level parking below the apartment, or at the eastern end of the bay.
The apartment is comfortably furnished; we found that after a hard day's sightseeing, sunbathing, eating and drinking, it was a pleasure to relax on a sofa each, and watch our favourite English television shows.
The kitchen is modern, well equipped, and all areas of the apartment are well maintained
No need to bring guide books, there is a good selection together with a collection of fiction.
Finally, the booking process was easy. Chris and Jack were always available to answer any query, and returned calls promptly.
The best thing about this lovely apartment is the simply amazing view! It was honestly hard for us to take our eyes off of it , day or night. It's in a fantastic location right by the beach , which we also loved.
The apartment has every thing you could need ( except a hairdryer so make sure you take one) . We went with 3 teenagers and we had plenty of space in the apartment and the resort felt very safe to let them wander .
It was close to some good restaurants and bars which made it hard for us to venture much further as we loved the food nearby . There is also a really well stocked small supermarket .
It would be hard to say anything negative as the resort is very relaxing and quiet and you would really struggle to beat the location of this particular apartment in the resort.
We were able to park right outside every time we moved the car which was great . We unfortunately had to take one teenager to the doctors, but this was also right nearby and a first class service .
The owners , Chris and Jack , gave us some good tips on the area and the apartment and resort didn't disappoint us . We would definitely go again in the future .
Have stayed in this property before and this time it didn't disappoint .its had some new improvements since our last visit and this really made a difference . The new shower is fantastic and the Internet available is super fast . The balcony offers a gorgeous view of the bay and the built in bbq is perfect . Overall it's a fantastic property in a great location and will look forward to our next stay

This was our 4th year in Arenal and, without doubt, the best accommodation we've been in. Views directly down to the beach, large balcony with shaded area & barbeque. Accomodation was very clean on arrival, only a couple of minutes from shops & restaurants but still very quiet. Already booked to go back again next year!
Beach is accessible by steps leading down from the apartment and is a 1 minute walk. It is also possible to drive which takes 5 minutes.
Mahon airport is approximately 17 kms away and takes 25 mins. There is a bus stop which is situated at the top of the steps of the apartment. There is a bus service to the capital Mahon and the village of Fornells which has many restaurants.
Car hire, although not essential, is recommended as there are many places to explore which are not accessible by public transport.
All facilities in the resort are within walking distance, Alaior and Mercadal are the nearest small towns and are 15 mins by car. As the island is only 56 kms long and 24 kms wide going anywhere takes no longer than 1 hour.
There is a good selection of shops and restaurants to suit every need. A pharmacy and medical centre is nearby. The resort is well suited to families with small children and there are various forms of entertainment to suit all ages including: mini golf, discos for children plus adult entertainment at the hotels, pedaloes, motor boats, bars with big screens for sports, walking. There is also a trotting track in Mahon (when you can have a flutter) and bowls at S'Algar which is open to the public.

Maximum occupancy is six persons including children. Although our changeover day is Friday on occasions we can vary this if adjoining bookings allow.
Changeover day is Friday. Guests must vacate by 10am to allow for changeover clean. Arrival after 2pm. All times are local.
Notes on prices:
Prices are for 1 - 4 persons. A supplement of £42 per week per person is charged for each additional person up to 6.
Prices are based on the date of departure.
Prices shown are for the property rental per week in UK pounds.
We only let for a minimum of 14 nights during summer school holidays, ie: around the period approx 19 July - 1 Sept (dates vary please check).At all other times it's bookable on a weekly basis. We are unable to offer odd durations but rarely it's possible subject to adjoining bookings.
A non returnable deposit of 20% is required to secure booking. The refundable security deposit of £150 is to be paid with the rental balance which is due 6 weeks prior to departure.
