Limnaria Gardens Apartment 102, Block B.

2 bedrooms with 2 single beds having Orthopedic mattresses in each, up to two Comfortable Z Beds can be added to the apartment (supplement £25 per bed per week includes linen towels ) allowing a max of 6 people.Large wardrobe facilities and en-suites. 2 ceiling fans fitted, 2 en-suite bathroom/shower rooms.

The lounge has satellite TV, DVD and Hi-Fi unit, beautifully appointed leather sofas and oak dining furniture. 2 Ceiling fans and air conditioning if required.

Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, iron and board, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc

Lounge and both bedrooms access the vast private terrace that overlook the beautiful pools and stunning gardens.

The premier apartment complex in the area of Paphos. Please click on the owners website link at the bottom of this page and take a video tour and Slideshow of all three Luxury apartments, showing the beautiful tranquil gardens and swimming pools that surround them. All apartments are Wi-Fi enabled, Air-conditioned and furnished with every thing you need for a home from home self-catering holiday including UK TV channels and Netflix ( sign into your Netflix account) . If traveling with a large party you can all stay at the same location but still maintain your privacy if desired. Their central location means that car hire is an option, not a necessity. Just one block away is the beach and tourist area with its picturesque harbour, mediaeval fort, shops, bars and restaurants. Groups of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 can be accommodated.We also have 2 comfortable Z beds that can be added to any of the apartments ( £25 per bed, per week, includes linen & towels) ,making us ideal for wedding parties and BIG family holidays. All kitchens are fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Everything you need to entertain at home if you desire. All apartments have extremely large private balconies, over looking pool and landscaped garden.

The apartments are one block from the beach and a short stroll from the harbour and town centre with its shops, restaurants and bars. A short bus ride will take you to the Tombs of the Kings and Coral Bay. Nearby sporting facilities include tennis courts, water sports, ski area, horse riding, fishing, diving, and golf courses.

Travel:

The apartments are only 15 mins by car from Paphos airport. Pick up by taxi can be arranged on your behalf, also a hire car can be waiting at the airport ready for when you land and dropped off there when you depart. We have contacts with both companies and can organise this on your behalf.

Further Details:

Please note that due to our flexible accommodation we can accept bookings for parties of between 2/12 persons – making this ideal for wedding parties. A £100 non-refundable deposit is required on booking, balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival require full payment at time of booking. Your £100 deposit becomes security bond on final payment. Fully refunded if no damage incurred during your stay

Bedding and towels are provided (not for the pool area). Arrival welcome packs from basic to luxury can be provided on request at an extra cost (paid locally). Outside: Best swimming pool in the area, beautiful large pool with kiddies pool and adult spa, also an additional Solar heated pool for winter swimming.All only one block from the beach and Paphos town's harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. We do not provide towels for the pool.

Perfect location and great apartment

Stayed in End of Oct and weather was very pleasant (though pool a bit cold)- apartment is ideal - clean, well fitted out with everything you need for a short break including wifi - we were 2 adults and 2 children visiting Cyprus for the first time. Location of apartment is ideal- on the edge of the town but near enough to walk to wherever needed in the evenings. Barrie was a great owner- easy communication - sorted pick up at the airport for us (super smooth) and resolved odd hiccup from afar as quickly and efficiently he could- we could not ask for more and happy to recommend the apartment to others. If you are looking for quality accommodation situated in beautiful gardens with a fabulous freeform pool then I wouldn't hesitate in recommending you book this apartment. Everything you need is provided the balcony is huge there is lift access to the apartment and the bay area of Paphos is a 15 minute stroll away. Thanks Barrie we had a great time.

Just returned from a weeks stay and must say that the apartment was everything we thought it would be, excellent position overlooking the pools and gardens. The apartment has a large lounge and 2 good sized bedrooms with everything you will need, the location is also ideal for exploring Paphos. Thanks Barry, hope to be back soon.

Lovely, clean spacious apartment with a fantastic balcony and pool view

I have just come home from a fantastic 2 week stay in apartment 1102 Limnaria gardens.

The apartment was excellently equipped for all needs as there were 6 of us staying. The apartment was ideally situated on the complex and only a 5 minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants.

The pool area was always clean and tidy.

Great Location - A good size apartment with a large south facing balcony.

Stayed with my wife in apartment 102 for a week (commencing 12 October). The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped.

The position of the apartment is excellent. A 20 minute stroll took us to the harbour area where there are a vast selection of restaurants and bars.

At the far end of the harbour (near the fort) there is a great coastal path leading to the lighthouse and a sandy area of beach (with beach bar).

The weather was very good, with temperatures of 28/29 degrees.

A very enjoyable holiday made easy using the booking system - contact with Barrie was easy and clear - Thank you
