The villa sits in a large plot (1200m2) and it has a large flat lawn garden with mature trees. It has a large shaded and quiet porch with outdoor sofas and large table at the garden level. The swimming pool is 10m x 4m, eyes and skin friendly saline treatment system, timber decking, comfortable loungers and sea views. It offers great privacy all round. It is 3 min drive from the medieval village of Begur and within walking distance to Sa Riera beach.
HEATED POOL OPTION. Guests will have the option to have the pool water heated to a temperature of 26ºC, which is the temperature the water reaches during the summer months. The weekly cost of taking this option will vary depending on the time of the year the villa is booked for. Please ask about the additional cost when making a booking enquiry for stays out of July and August which is when this option is useful to have.
OUR PERSONALIZED, HASSLE FREE CHECK IN SERVICE: We will send you detailed directions and we will agree the time to meet with us at the villa (usually at around 16.00h but we can be flexible if the house is ready earlier) on arrival for a short briefing, keys, and to answer any questions you may have.
We like to take personal care of the house, supervising everything prior to your arrival and welcoming you personally at the villa to ensure an easy and fast, stress free arrival, so you can start enjoying your holiday from minute one. We will be available for any isssue that may arise during your stay 24/7.
You will find the house cleaned and prepared for your comfort, with the beds ready made and a welcome pack which includes a selection of Nespresso coffee capsules, a bottle of selected local Cava, a selection of chocolates, sealed tea bags, sugar and cooking essentials such as salt, extra virgin olive oil and spices. We also provide a washing kit for the kitchen and dishwasher.
We provide guests with big bath towels, medium size towels and swimming pool / beach towels. In addition to that, each bathroom is equipped with another set of two smaller wash hand towels, hygienic WC paper, selected hand cream and soap and ecofriendly organic shower gel.
The kitchen is equiped with a reverse osmosis kit (Myro7 from Coway) for purified, drinking and cooking water.
For your safety the villa is equiped with a fire extinguisher, an smoke alarm and a first aid kit.

During the winter months, the property is provided with central heating and the fireplace makes a perfect setting to enjoy cosy dinners and a red wine after a good walk on the beach. Firewood is included in the price. The villa is also equiped with a pyramid external gas heater for the terraces.
Walk from your doorstep along the stunning 'Cami de Ronda' (a marked path on the shoreline cliffs linking little coves and beaches in the area). Enjoy snorkeling or scuba-diving on the marine reserve of Ses Negres or the Illes Medes.
For golfers, the villa is within 10 min drive of two of the best golf courses in Spain (Empordà Golf and Platja de Pals) and 45min to top 10 European PGA course in Caldes de Malavella
Tourist tax and all running costs of electricy water and gas are included in the rental price. However please note the additional cost of the option, if taken, of having the pool heated.
