Other: Iron and Ironing board. There is an additional sun terrace to the side of the apartment. 2 sunbeds and patio furniture 4 chairs and table per apartment.

About the property


We offer a unique opportunity to stay in a quiet complex for that peaceful 'get away from it all' holiday. It offers generously sized 1 bed apartments sleeping max 4 person, which are set in beautiful sub tropical gardens. There are 2 very large swimming pools, plus a children’s pool. 2 of the apartments are situated adjacent to each other with beautiful views across the pools. Immediately outside the apartments there are a number of shops including a bakery with fresh bread baked all day as well as a number of bars eating places and a taxi rank. Only 50m away is the only water park in Fuerty and Baku family park. The truly stunning out of town white sand Oliva/Flag Beach stretch for 7km backed by the sand dunes National Park is 10 min stroll to start. No car needed, main street in Correlejo with lots of shops and bars and eateries easily walk able with young children. No extra charge for 3/4 person.

Notes on accommodation: The apartments are only 7 years old (painted May 2017) well maintained and extensively well equipped. They are considerably larger than many of the apartments found in similar complexes in Corralejo (50sqm). Children welcome cot and high chair available free of charge, suitable for elderly or infirm, pets not allowed. No car need. Outside: The apartments are situated in beautiful sub tropical gardens which are extremely well maintained and are amongst the most beautiful of any complex on the island. There are 3 shared saltwater swimming pools, 2 of which are very large, and a small children's pool. As well as the private balconies at each apartment with 2 sun beds 4 chairs and table, there is also extensive sun terracing by the pools with umbrellas and sunbeds. Just outside the complex there are a number of bars and eating places as well as other shops including a patisserie/ bakery where fresh baked bread and pastries are available all day long. It is 10 minutes stroll to the main high street and also to the recently opened Campanello shopping centre with its bell tower and extensive choice of shops and coffee bars. The complex is close enough to the centre to stroll in yet far enough away to remain quiet and peaceful. There is a taxi rank and bus stop outside the apartment gates.

A nice apartment on a peaceful complex. Lovely and clean with all we needed. Must complement the management team and Manuel. We reported a problem and it was sorted well even though it took 3 visits . Would recommend this apartment. Thanks Karen.

Lovely gardens and pools, apartment well equipped. A little far from central Corralejo but My feet were giving problems, that wasn't the fault of the complex. A few shops and bars/cafes nearby. Taxis handy at foot of complex. Weather great and Corralejo now has a much improved main street. Busier and more going on.

Home from home relaxing stay!

We are just back from an amazing holiday .. The apartment was everything we could ask for.. Fabulous apartment with everything provided... The apartment was very clean and comfortable.. I could not fault a thing about our stay.. The apartment is situated in a nice quiet complex with an amazing pool (1 of 3) !! It was like heaven.. Shop, cafe and bar just around the corner!! Only a short 15 min walk into the main centre..

I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return!

Booking with Karen was a pleasure as she had so much information to give us about the place and surrounding area.. She was very quick to reply to my emails and made me feel at ease when I made the decision to book it!

Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Disappointing - lack of WIFI and no tennis courts

My husband and I booked this apartment as it was showing tennis courts as part of the facilities. The courts have obviously been out of action for a while. We read the reviews that the people looking after the apartment were helpful and contactable - the local manager Paul failed to respond to any of our texts.

Make sure you book apartment 30B not 29B if you want WiFI - as the router is in 30B and if the guest switches it off (as happened to us) you have no WIFI. In the end we had to put a note under next door to contact them (day 3 of our holiday) - even though Paul knew about lack of WIFI when the apartment was cleaned.

There was a minor leak, which a plumber came out to see, but did't fix, so we texted the mystery Paul again and he didn't reply. (and yes, we had the correct number!)

On a positive note, the pool area was clean and tidy and the apartment in reasonable repair.

You have to assemble the BBQ yourself and there is no equipment / tools for bbq or cleaning it so you have to get creative!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments – you will appreciate that we take the service we provide our clients very seriously indeed which is why the vast majority of our reviews are extremely positive and we work very hard to ensure we provide an excellent service and that out apartments are well maintained, well equipped and spotlessly clean. We believe this is in keeping with the complex which is one of the most beautiful and well maintained complexes on the island. Our agents similarly are very efficient and responsive however they do ask quite clearly on the information provided in the apartments that if you need to contact the agents then please to telephone them rather than text as there is never a guarantee with international texts that the texts get delivered successfully. Clearly Paul did respond regarding the original leak and a plumber attended to repair - if you had called Paul as instructed then this issue would have been resolved more quickly. The WiFi to 29B is provided free of charge to the apartments and is serviced from a router sited in 30B – we have never before had an issue with a client next door switching off the router and as you will appreciate as soon as we were notified we thought we had a broadband fault which are rarely quick and easy to rectify in Spain –this took a little while to resolve and we have now clearly marked the wall socket to request the router is never switched off – apologies on this for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the tennis courts our family were playing on them at Easter and we are not aware they are out of action however we in the process of checking with the community that this remains the case and we will update our details immediately should this not be the case. We allowed you as a favour to use our family barbecue to save you from purchasing a throw away barbecue as you will appreciate we don’t advertise that the apartment comes with a barbecue - yes you had to build it and clean it but this is not unreasonable as this was provided as a personal favour at no charge. 10 mins walk will take you to the picturesque Dunas de Corralejo Sand Dunes and Flag Beach, a popular water sports beach in Corralejo, offering windsurfing, kite surfing, surfing, diving, snorkeling, boating, sailing and more. Located 15 mins drive the fishing village of Cotillo boasts not only superb seafood restaurants but also some of the prettiest beaches. To the left of the village you will find the magnificent surfers beach and to the right an endless stretch of beautiful lagoons and coves.


The apartments are situated approximately 800m from the town beach which is a nice quiet beach with beach bars and shops nearby. The beach is quiet and peaceful and safe for children.

Approximately 1km from the apartments is stunning out of town Flag/Oliva beach - this white sand beach stretches for 7km and is backed by the sand dunes national park. This beach is ideal for families but also benefits from being ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing and other watersports.


BA -(from Dec 14 Gtw), Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Norweign airlines Thomas Cook, Thomson and Palmair have competitive flight deals to the island.

Corralejo is approx 30 mins drive from the airport by taxi/car both are available at the airport.

Taxi costs approx 45 Euro’s one way.

Car hire can be collect at the airport and returned to Correlejo or airport. There is a bus that drop you at the apartment gates. approx 7-8GBP one way per person.


800m to Corralejo town & beach with a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants which lead right down through the music square and on to the harbour which looks across the other side of town & the sand dunes. 50m to the Baku family and water park (Market held there on Mondays and Fridays). Approximately 1km to flag beach and onto the sand dunes. There is a Canarian style shopping centre, "El Campanario" just 5-10min slow walk with musical performances & Sunday market.

Corralejo is situated on the northern tip of Fuerteventura and is the biggest and most lively resort in Fuerteventura. Once a fishing village, it has become one of the most popular destinations in the Canaries and has plenty to offer young and old alike. With year round sunshine it is a mecca for sunbathers and has perfect conditions for many watersports including windsurfing and kite surfing. Corralejo has a wide range of beaches but the holiday isn't complete without spending a few days on the spectacular flag beach which stretches for 7km of white sand backed by sand dunes straight from the Sahara. This beach like others in Corralejo is gently shelving and family friendly.
