Use the lounge chairs and tiki huts reserved exclusively for Sea Shell Condo guests or take your own chair to the water and sit on a shallow sand bar while enjoying your favorite beverage. Snorkeling and fishing are an easy walk down the beach to the Point of Rocks. Sand dollars await you just offshore.

The unit location is incredibly convenient. Restaurants (including the world's best clam chowder across the street), grocery, drug store, boutiques amd night clubs are within walking distance. For the adventurous, so too are beach volleyball and rentals for boats, fishing gear, canoes, kayaks, jet skis, parasailing, mopeds, bikes and sailboards. Your private, reserved parking spot is right underneath this first floor unit, which is easily accessed by steps near your parking spot or an elevator. Coin laundry on each floor.

All rates do not include applicable taxes (12%) or the administation fees assessed by the Sea Shell Condominiums (3%), both of which will be assessed and payable in addition to the confirmed rental fee.
