Enter the world famous, powdery white sand beach through the private beach access. No shoes required between this condo unit and the beach! Use the lounge chairs and tiki huts reserved exclusively for Sea Shell Condo guests or take your own chair to the water and sit on a shallow sand bar while enjoying your favorite beverage. Snorkeling and fishing are an easy walk down the beach to the Point of Rocks. Sand dollars await you just offshore.
The unit location is incredibly convenient. Restaurants (including the world's best clam chowder across the street), grocery, drug store, boutiques amd night clubs are within walking distance. For the adventurous, so too are beach volleyball and rentals for boats, fishing gear, canoes, kayaks, jet skis, parasailing, mopeds, bikes and sailboards. Your private, reserved parking spot is right underneath this first floor unit, which is easily accessed by steps near your parking spot or an elevator. Coin laundry on each floor.

For larger groups, Unit #107 next door to this unit is owned by a relative and also available for rent and recently remodeled. A discount may be available for renting both Units #108 and #107 depending upon length of stay.
We recently stayed at this unit and found it to be exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything was in excellent operating condition. Furnishings and kitchen items were all updated. The office staff members were very accommodating and quickly responded to requests. The beach was beautiful and very clean with very soft white sand. Ocean was clear, calm and warm. Great beach for families with young children. There were plenty of chairs and lounge chairs for the beach available all day. The entire property was very well maintained. The location was excellent with a small grocery store across the street, several restaurants, and stores, all within walking distance. Enjoyed the restaurant Clayton's about a half block from the condo. This was our first visit to this area of Florida, but we look forward to returning and would highly recommend this unit for future stays.
