'We had an absolutely wonderful time, thank you. The weather was glorious all week, the villa is beautiful and in the most perfect location and we had an extremely chilled out, relaxing time - couldn't have asked for better, it was all perfect! Nice place
We enjoyed our stay in this nice house with plenty of space outside. Our kids loved the pool and the view over the golf area is lovely.

Coast/Beach:
Fuerteventura is famous for its white sandy beaches. Jandia to the south of the island rivals the Caribbean. The nearest beach is just a 10 min walk from the villa.
Travel:
Casa Jose is only a 10 min drive from the airport. Taxis are plentiful and very cheap. Car hire is not essential but to enjoy the island to the maximum it would be recommended.
Distances:
Airport 10 min drive. Caleta 15/20 min stroll. Correllejo
Puerto del Rosario 12km.

Booking Notes:
30% non refundable deposit payable to confirm booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival full amount is required.
A breakage deposit of £150/200 euros is payable to the management company on arrival. Small breakages like glasses etc do not apply. Pool heating is an additional £60 per week.
Changeover Day:
Please note arrival is after 3.30pm and departure from the villa is 10am. However for your convenience should there be no other guests departing on the day you arrive or arriving the day you depart these times are not applicable.
Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. No additional fee for extra persons. Call owner for late booking rates.
For pool heating an additional £50 per week will apply.
