The house is in very good condition and completely renovated. It is in a very nice location, Montejaque in Andalusië. The capacity of the house is max 6 persons. The lovely village of Montejaque is just 15 minutes from the historic town of Ronda and nestles in the mountains of the Natural Park of Grazalema. The house is situated in a completely private community of delightful modern houses, all built in the traditional Andalucian style. The vacation home has three available bedrooms. Two of the rooms at the first floor have two single beds. Each room has a French window and balcony. There is a bathroom at the first floor with a shower and toilet.Also, both of the rooms have a small closet. At the ground floor is the master bedroom with ensuite a big bathroom with a shower, toilet and washtable.

We have a house for ten years in Montejaque. My wife and I come three times a year to Montejaque. We both are living in Holland in a small village, called Vriezenveen. We are both working. So when we come to Montejaque we are totally relaxing in a quiet atmosphere with beautiful views over the mountains. We do a lot of walking in the great nature around Montejaque. We love the local people from Montejaque. They are very friendly.

The area is very quiet. At the roofterrace you have magnificant views over the mountains. Walking to the simmingpool is four minutes. The house is in the middle of the village. At 100 metres you have a big parking.

Costa del Sol with many sandy beaches, Marbella, Puerto Banus approx 1hour. Costa de la Luz approx. 1 hour 30 mins. Good sandy beaches on Atlantic coast including the famous wind surfing Tarifa.
Airports: - Malaga (1 1/2hrs), Seville (1 1/2hrs), Jerez (1hr). and a little further Gibraltar. Car hire essential, we can help with hire car recommendations.
Ideally situated to explore other pretty pueblo blancos, towns and cities by car. Sevilla, Málaga, Jerez, Cádiz and Arcos de la Frontera, under 1hour 30 min. Ronda has many wonderful bars, restaurants ranging from simple tapas to Michelin star, shops and the famous bullring and gorge. Locally, in Benaojan you can visit the Cueva de la Pileta; these are caves with prehistoric paintings.
Fresh bread, meat, fish, fruit and other provisions are available in the village shops. ATM machines, two banks and pharmacy. There are restaurants serving regional specialties and several bars where you can sample tapas. Ronda has many good shops including several supermarkets.
