Fully equipped villa with excellent beds and super pool within short drive of village tavernas and groceries. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful property and lovely area. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable week.
Fabulous house with amazing views
I find it very hard to find houses that combine location with great decor. It really matters to me that the interior is also lovely as we usually go 'out of season' for walking, so we spend a lot of time indoors in the evening where we enjoy cooking and having a fire. This house has everything. I can imagine it is also amazing in the summer, as there is a great pool and a beach below. I spent an enormous amount of time online trying to find the perfect spot and this was it. !! Ares answers everything promptly and helpfully and I am just sorry we missed meeting him.
This is an exceptional property, with fine views and a peaceful location. It is equipped to a high standard and for a rural area it has a very good internet connection. I have rented several properties in Greece in recent years and this by far the best. Highly recommended.
The house is really wonderfull. The smmingpool and the garden are beautiful. It's a quiet place. The "private" beach is 10 minutes walk. The owner is very nice.
e recommend this place for a quiet and lovely holiday.

800m to the nearest (pebbly and secluded) beach and a 15min drive to the superb beach of Dafni.
Athens Airport is 90min away. Car hire is essential.
Nerotrivia (taverna, shops) 3km, Halkida (capital of Evia) 29km, Athens Airport 130km
Evia, with a length of 175km, is the second largest Greek island, after Crete, but is relatively unspoilt by tourism. It has beautiful scenery and offers everything from secluded beaches to virtually unknown gorges, extensive pine forests to trekkable mountain ranges. Evia also has a rich heritage, including Archaic, Venetian and Ottoman periods. The gulf of Evia is generally acknowledged by Greeks to offer some of the best sea food and fish in all of Greece.
