Beautiful property near the Galt Mile

This property is exquisite! Every detail has been considered. Gorgeous white interior. State-of-the-art kitchen with gourmet appliances, open concept and a whole-house water filter. Listen to the ocean on the screened-in porch. Beautiful gardens, too. Convenient to beach, shopping and dining. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, brand new and beautiful house

A home away form home.

2 houses shares a vey large yard with sun chairs.

We stayed for 10 nights, and wanted to stay longer. We won't feel like you are away from home.

Exactly as described. Owner very responsive.

Strongly recommend for a couple with children. Conveniently located, a short walk will put you in the beach, and a short drive will put you in the center of Las Olas boulevard.

Why MARTHA KUSHNER MD chose Downtown

It is across from the beautiful ocean. This property is a very private, quiet,5 star property.

You can sit on the front porch and hear the ocean, and listen to the birds. It is around the corner from the lovely Hugh Taylor Park. It is close to the Pelican Grand which has a gorgeous spa on the 11th floor. The area is very safe and everything is accessible by walking that you may need like great restaurants, gelato, and a 7-11 store.

What makes this house unique

This property is maintained immaculately clean. It is across from the beautiful ocean. This property is a very private, quie,t 5 star property. We stand ready to cater to your every need.

This home is entirely new with stainless steel appliances. All sheets and comforters, and towels are washed after every stay to maintain property in a very hygienic way. All floors are porcelein so I like to refer to it as a hypoallergenic home. There are so many restaurants very close by and the Las Olas district is only a very short car ride away. If you are looking for a top notch hotel but want your own kitchen, and a full guest bathroom besides this is the place for you. There is plenty of storage if you want to stay a month or even the entire season. The owner is very responsive and happy to help at anytime.
