Because the condo is situated directly behind the supermarket there may be some noise from the supermarket loading bay.

I had stayed in the property myself several times and really liked it. When it came up for sale I jumped at the opportunity to buy it as it is in such a convenient location in the heart of Holetown, close to all of the shops, beaches, restaurants, bars, banks, library, medical centre and cinema that Holetown has to offer. It is situated just behind the Supercentre supermarket in Holetown. There is a bus stop just 1 minute walk away, so it is very easy to travel around the island by public transport. There is a swimming pool at The Beach House, just across the road, that is available for my guests to use as I pay a membership each year.
The West Coast of Barbados has beautiful beaches, with calm waters for swimming and snorkelling.
I employ a very reliable local Barbadian, Lloyd, to look after my property. He lives in the same block of apartments, so he is always around to answer any questions that my guests may have about the property or about the area. If there are any issues/repairs that need resolving during your stay then he is on hand to quickly sort them out. Lloyd ensures that the apartment is clean and tidy prior to your arrival. He is also available to collect you from the airport in Barbados on your arrival and take you to the property. He charges just 80 Barbados dollars for collecting you from the airport, payable to him locally.
The property is air conditioned in both the lounge and in the bedroom. There is also a washer and dryer in the property for guests to use.

The property was clean and had all the equipment required .Plenty of towels,Lloyd was very helpful nothing too much trouble..Access to the beach club which was 5 minutes walk which was very good.Handy for the supermarket.The downside is the noise from 6am due to deliveries to the supermarket,and unfortunately demolition and building work as started on the new proposed market centre directly in front of apartment.The noise as been horrendous with drilling etc even on a Sunday.
For a very reasonable price we found ourselves in walking distance from literally everything we needed, would 100% recommend!

as my family live in the area the property was in the right location, it was clean and tidy, and more than we expected every thing that were needed for an enjoyable stay were provided, the shops were close by and very handy, well recommended to other friends and family on and off the island well done to the owner.
Firstly, Anthony is a wonderful easy going person. He made me feel very welcomed and made sure i was OK.
His condo beat my expectations and felt very comfortable and homely to stay in and very clean. In fact, i felt as though I were staying at a family members home. Wifi great connection, excellent TV great cable channels. Kitchen facilities fantastic, fully equipped. Laundry facilities working fab.
The location is perfectly ideal, St.James Holetown, is quite a relaxed area, safe with great people. The supermarket (Massys) is literally on your doorstep. The area have plenty of restaurants and entertainment, especially on 1st Street on a Sunday where they have a street party packed with great entertainment. Limebar on a Friday is also a nice choice if you want a chilled relaxed drink with excellent service.
The apartment complex is managed by Lloyd, very nice man and very trustworthy. Will always be there to help you with anything he can when needed. The holetown beach is quite nice for a local beach, or there is Santi beach, which is a few bus tops up going towards Speightstown. The beaches along the South Coast, are picture perfect, in fact all beaches in Barbados are just breathtakingly beautiful.
Overall, my stay here at Anthony's condo was perfect and will definitely be staying there again when I go back.

Surfside Beach Bar is just 2 minutes walk away.
