Accommodation includes 1 bedroom, a lounge/dining room and a separate kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioned in both the bedroom and lounge. Washing machine & dryer, telephone, Cable TV, DVD, LCD TV with HDMI Cable. WIFI access. Tiled flooring throughout. Tastefully furnished and decorated.

Hi, My name is Anthony. I have owned the property in Barbados for 12 years and have been to the island many times myself. I can recommend many places to visit and things to do on the beautiful island of Barbados. I am happy to answer any questions that you may have about my property in Holetown. I am passionate about ensuring that holidaymakers to the island have a comfortable stay in my property. This is probably the reason why I have many repeat bookings.

Why Anthony Broomhead chose Sunset Crest
I had stayed in the property myself several times and really liked it. When it came up for sale I jumped at the opportunity to buy it as it is in such a convenient location in the heart of Holetown, close to all of the shops, beaches, restaurants, bars, banks, library, medical centre and cinema that Holetown has to offer. It is situated just behind the Supercentre supermarket in Holetown. There is a bus stop just 1 minute walk away, so it is very easy to travel around the island by public transport. There is a swimming pool at The Beach House, just across the road, that is available for my guests to use as I pay a membership each year. The West Coast of Barbados has beautiful beaches, with calm waters for swimming and snorkelling.
What makes this Apartment unique
I employ a very reliable local Barbadian, Lloyd, to look after my property. He lives in the same block of apartments, so he is always around to answer any questions that my guests may have about the property or about the area. If there are any issues/repairs that need resolving during your stay then he is on hand to quickly sort them out. Lloyd ensures that the apartment is clean and tidy prior to your arrival. He is also available to collect you from the airport in Barbados on your arrival and take you to the property. He charges just 80 Barbados dollars for collecting you from the airport, payable to him locally. The property is air conditioned in both the lounge and in the bedroom. There is also a washer and dryer in the property for guests to use.

Nice cosy modern apartment
Very handy for most things everything you want in apartment owner very very helpful if you need anything it gets done, membership to Beach House an added bonus nice pool and bar alongside beach.
Backs on to supermarket not to much noise and as you are out all day there’s no problem, A gem at a good price, I have been back twice and will be back again, as a retired travel agent I think it’s good value

Convenient location shame about the noise
The property was clean and had all the equipment required .Plenty of towels,Lloyd was very helpful nothing too much trouble..Access to the beach club which was 5 minutes walk which was very good.Handy for the supermarket.The downside is the noise from 6am due to deliveries to the supermarket,and unfortunately demolition and building work as started on the new proposed market centre directly in front of apartment.The noise as been horrendous with drilling etc even on a Sunday.
I only became aware this week of the building work that is going on at the mall. I apologise for any disturbance this caused you during your stay. I have tried to contact Massey's supermarket to find out more details about what is going on so that I can inform future guests. I really appreciate your feedback!
Once the redevelopment is complete later this year it should be a big improvement to the area.

For a very reasonable price we found ourselves in walking distance from literally everything we needed, would 100% recommend!
Very clean and tidy apartment in fabulous location for all Holetown Bars,Restaurants and Beaches.
Ideal for couples, all amenities provided creating a very comfortable stay.

my week in holetown
as my family live in the area the property was in the right location, it was clean and tidy, and more than we expected every thing that were needed for an enjoyable stay were provided, the shops were close by and very handy, well recommended to other friends and family on and off the island well done to the owner.

10 to 15 minutes walk to Sandy Lane Beach.
Numerous other beaches are also within easy reach, by foot, bus or car including Mullins, Folkestone Marine Park, Paynes Bay, Batts Rock and many more.
The airport is approximately 25 minutes drive away.
Car hire is recommend if you would like to explore the north, south and east coasts. Otherwise, all that you need is within easy walking distance or a short bus ride away.
Bus stop just 1 minute walk from the apartment. Bus fare is just $2.
Holetown is just 1 minute walk away. Bridgetown is just a 20 minute bus ride away.
Surfside Beach Bar is just 2 minutes walk away.
Shared Pool at The Beach House is just 2 minutes walk away.
A wide selection of excellent restaurants and bars are just a short walking distance away. Limegrove and 1st & 2nd Streets are very close by. Supermarket, Duty Free Shopping, Banks, Post Office, Library, Tennis, Watersports, Medical Center, DVD Rental, Beach Bars, Car Rental, Coffee Shops, Cinema are all nearby.
