Villa in Las Fuentes, Alcossebre, Costa Azahar, Spain - The Best Location In Las Fuentes. Peaceful And Private, 10 Mins Walk To Sea, Marina, & Shops
This superb villa is situated in the most desirable road in Las Fuentes which is a very attractive village unusual in that it has no high-rise developments. The villa has attractive extensive well-kept gardens with a large (12x5 metre) private swimming pool, and extensive open and shaded terraces with stunning views of the nearby sea. It has 4 double bedrooms (1 double bed & 3 twins) available to guests with 3 bathrooms on the first floor and 2 more shower rooms and WC on the ground floor. The extensive outside terraces offer shaded and sunny areas. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are all finished to a luxurious standard. The villa and its gardens are maintained year-round to a very high standard. WiFi access throughout the villa and patios. You can walk to the marina, shops, restaurants and bars and the extensive sandy beaches are some of the best in the Mediterranean. The new Castellon airport (Ryanair from Stansted and Bristol) is just 15 minutes away!

About Andy Nash
My wife and I have had a home in Las Fuentes since 1991. We love the area and have 2 villas there which we have let happily for years with Owners Direct. We have four "grown up" children who adore the village and all have holidayed there for as long as they can remember. I am a company chairman and also chair Somerset County Cricket Club. Linda chairs Somerset Health and Social Care Partnership.
Andy Nash purchased this Villa in 2004
Why Andy Nash chose Alcalà de Xivert
We have lived in the village since 1991 having moved their initially having been introduced to the area by Linda's parents. WE sold our original vill and bought Tres Palmas as we wanted more space. The villa was gutted and redesigned and 12 months later finished in time for our parents Golden Wedding party! The area is simply gorgeous. Beautiful scenery, quiet beaches, excellent marina with shops and restaurants, and completely safe for the children to roam around alone. We are also only an hour from the stunning city of Valencia and two hours from Barcelona. In winter you can leave at breakfast and have lunch in Andorra!
What makes this Villa unique
The villa is luxuriously appointed throughout and has every mod con. Outside the gardens and pool are extensive and have lovely views of the Medd. Every bedroom has its own balcony which enjoy fabulous sea views. The villa is perfect to entertain at and equally unbeatable if you just want to sunbathe or chill by the pool or on the large patio. The marina and beaches are a walk away as are local shops, bars and restaurants.

A stunning villa
Well situated as its only a short drive from the airport. The location of the villa is perfect with beaches, restaurants and the town close by. The villa itself is furnished beautifully and has everything anyone could ever need. Many of our days were spent with a book relaxing by the lovely pool.
Having stayed at Tres Palmas before to us it is a home from home and we can't wait to return.
Tres Palmas review
Lovely villa & has all the things we wanted for our stay. The kitchen & patio area were great for those family meals after a day at the beach or when we just stayed around the pool. Swimming pool was good for the kids, they both loved it.
The accommodation was very clean. We used all 4 bedrooms and found the space upstairs just great. Downstairs there is a large kitchen area which led to the outside table on the patio area. Everything about the villa was as per the description, so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We had been to Las Fuentes before but still found that from the arrival & parking to moving the cases etc into the villa, all was straight forward & the handover from the cleaners was prompt & well managed. We had to call just once to make sure we were on the right road, as the villa is at the top end of the village but after that everything went fine.
Would highly recommend and we will definitely visit again.
This villa has it all
We used this villa for a week this summer. The site description contains a number of superlatives i.e. superb villa, luxurious bathrooms etc and these claims are fully justified. It has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is in a great area. While its nice to have a car for shopping, you can wander down to the town and there are many good restaurants there. I can wholly recommend this villa.
We (family of 10 across 3 generations) stayed at this delightful property and neighbourhood this summer. The property itself is very large with good sized rooms and comes with everything one could want for a family holiday. The outside areas are perfect for relaxing or perhaps expending some energy in the pool (very large and warm for a private villa) or playing table tennis. A very substantial and luxurious base for a holiday.
Whilst the villa is set back up a hill overlooking the sea and 10 minutes stroll to the beach and main village the area itself is fairly busy but the typical tourist is far more likely to speak Spanish or French than English. The beaches are many in number and fantastic in quality. Local eateries are a plenty and are fantastic value (e.g. 10 euros for a 3 course menu of the day and sometimes a drink gets thrown in!).
Advisable to have a car to fully explore the area and can guarantee that nobody will come away disappointed
This was our third visit to Tres Palmas and again we had a wonderful stay. The facilities are excellent and the location perfect in that there is privacy and quiet whilst also being in easy walking distance of the amenities and the beaches. We look forward to returning in 2015.
A Beautiful Villa
A beautiful villa with every comfort you could wish for inside and out. We have spent many happy peaceful and relaxing holidays here. Very clean, well kept and within walking distance of the harbour, beaches and many restaurants. We particularly love the huge pool and the hammock. The perfect place to unwind.
Five beautiful sandy beaches are nearby with EU blue flag awards. Las Fuentes beach is 10 minutes walk away and the rest are within 5 minutes drive with easy parking. Rocky outcrops are found between the sandy coves. Football pitches, volleyball nets, play areas and watersports-pedlos, windsurfing, scuba diving, jet ski-ing and sailing are available in season.
By car from: Castellon Airport ONLY 20 MINUTES away (Ryaniar). Airport approx 2hrs away (BA, Easyjet, Iberia, Ryanair etc). Valencia Airport approx 1 hour away (BA, Iberia, Easyjet, Ryanair, Thomson). Reus Airport approx 1hr. away (Ryanair, Air 2000,Thomson). Alicante (Easyjet, Ryanair, BA, Iberia and others). Cruise and drive from Santander or Bilbao. By car from Dover 1,200 miles.
Car hire is recommended to explore this beautiful and unspoilt coastline. Visit Peniscola (20min drive) a picturesque old town with castle overlooking the town and sea. Visit Morella (1hour drive) a medieval town perched high up in the mountains. Visit Aquarama Water Park in Benicassim, 30 mins away for a wet & wild day. Universal Studio's Port Aventura, one of Europe's biggest theme parks is 1hours drive away with Costa Caribe, another water park. Visit Valencia, home of the 2007 America's Cup.
Las Fuentes is a relatively quiet resort and nightlife is limited. Alcocebre has an extensive range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There are cash points and banks and English speaking G.P's, dentists and pharmacies. There is also an internet cafe.
