Manianitas is a lovely villa Apartment that has all you need for a great holiday. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a fitted sink cabinet and lovely walk in shower. There is also WI FI internet, lovely gardens and large pool. The house and apartment share a very large garden and large pool (12 x 6 m). Each has a separate terrace with private outdoor dining. The apartment is available all year. The position of the property is ideal-only a 5 min drive to the main Arenal Beach. The area is beautiful with stunning views of the valleys and mountains-but the plot is flat and easy to negotiate. The property has satellite TV (32 inch flat screen)and WIFI internet. The bedrooms are large with fitted wardrobes and comfortable matresses. There is air con and fans to keep you cool on warm nights. There is plenty of outdoor furniture whilst the interiors are comfortable and well appointed.

Im Jackie Sharpe and I live in Spain . I have 2 daughters, who now live in England, the youngest is in the Motor Trade and the eldest is a primary school teacher.I am early retired as my husband became very ill and you know what they say about life being too short! So we took the step to move to Spain about 11 years ago. I still visit the UK frequently and love both countries for different reasons. I dont regret our move to Javea ..its is so beautiful and so relaxing..Im sure you will think so to.

I now get a real buzz from seeing my holiday makers have a good time at my properties.

I enjoy eating out socialising with friends reading travel and Zumba!I also have a lovely holiday home in France..which I get to as often as I can..you would love this too..come visit soon .

Why Jackie sharpe chose Javea, Moraira and Denia area

This has the most stunning views we had come across for a house with a lovely garden and large pool-we are so lucky to have this place. It feels rural but is close to all the amenities we need. Javea is just lovely and not spoilt, so a great location in a great town. It is just an hour from either Alicante or Valencia airports, with cheap air flights from all over Europe. From here you can have great trips to the island of Ibiza or catch a high speed train to Barcelona or Madrid. it is close to so many beautiful locations both coastal and inland-one holiday will not be enough.

What makes this apartment unique

It is peaceful without being at all remote. It has green grass aplenty-not many villas in Spain can boast this. Everyone who comes just loves it too.The sun sets are spectacular..especially when enjoyed with a glass of your favorite tipple

This winter 2016 we are continuing our garden up grades in addition the redeveloped pool area its never been a better time to book probably the best value apartment in Javea as it has big villa facilities at a great price.

Coast/Beach:

There are many small coves and beaches close by. Sardinas beach is walkable along with the lovely Cala Blanca beach with its natural and rugged beauty. Many others are a short car ride away. This includes Ambolla, Grenadella, Las Barracas and the main Arenal Beach,all within a 5 /10 min drive. Other beautiful beaches are at Moraira, Denia and Benidorm.

Travel:

Nearest airports Valencia to the North about 70 mins and Alicante to the south about 60 mins, use of car recommended.

Distances:

The bright lights and attractions of Benidorm inc Terra mitica and Mundomar about 30 mins by car. Guadalest hilltop fortified village with quaint shops and magnificent views about 50 mins by car. Jalon valley, wines and lovely scenery about 35 mins by car. Great walking in the Montgo mountain and national park, about 10 mins by car. Sierra Bernia is about 40 mins away. Valencia and Alicante, both 1 hour away with culture/shops.

Further Details:

5 mins by car to nearest supermarkets. There is other shopping in the Arenal, Old town and Port areas, about 10 mins. Great restaurants everywhere to suit all tastes and pockets. Javea is a wonderful place so scenic with low key development but enough to do-with a wonderful all year around climate

Outside: The pool is a massive 12x6m.Gas barbeque, pool loungers and patio dining furniture are provided. The gardens are unusual for Spain due to the extensive lawned areas as well as palm trees, Mediterranean shrubs,fruit trees, plants and flowers.The views are panoramic with wonderful sunsets. The outside space is truly glorious with loads of space and beautiful views. There are 2 shady covered areas for outside dining with night lighting. The pool is large 12 m x6 m,great for play and serious swimming again with night lighting. There is also a pool shower and large area of terracing for sun bathing with sun umbrella and shady palm trees. The pool is only shared with ourselves and we do our utmost to respect your privacy and space and tend to use the pool only when you are not. You have extensive private car parking with night lighting for safety and security.

A Very nice place to stay

The villa apartment was a great choice for the two of us and it was reassuring to have the owners close at hand in case of any problems, which there weren't. It was very spacious both inside and out,very clean and tidy which made for a very relaxing holiday. A very minor down point was that there was no welcome pack available when we arrived such as some milk and water, as we arrived late on the Sunday afternoon the majority of the super markets were closed. Overall it was a great holiday and the owners could not have been more helpful.

Property for Relaxation

Our hosts Jackie and Phil made us feel very welcome. The villa, especially the pool area were just what we needed ie, Peace and quiet, which made relaxing very easy.

Relaxing Family Holiday

We found the property exactly as listed. The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped with all mod cons.

I have 2 children who were delighted with the wifi. The pool was a fantastic asset as well.

Both Jackie & Phil were extremely helpful and we really appreciated the use of their home.

There is plenty to do in the area but a Car is necessary. The property is about 10 minutes by Car from the beach but that is not a disadvantage when you have the fabulous mountain views from the apartment.

We have booked for next year and cannot wait to return.

Fantastic Stay

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Jackie and Phil for being wonderful hosts and complementing them on their lovely apartment. We had a wonderful stay and it was lovely having the nice big pool to use. The apartment is wonderfully furnished, with everything you could need.

There is even beach furniture and towels to use, which is really handy and we were even allowed to use them on our last day, after we had checked out, which we really appreciated.

We would certainly stay here again and have no reservations about recommending it to our friends.
