Newly built in 2004, the luxury apartment is finished to the highest standard. The best of both worlds, in a peaceful location, yet only 7 minutes from the thriving resort of Sunny Beach. Located on the frontline, above the beach and marina both are only approximately a 8 minute walk away. Sunny Beach is 7 minutes away by car. The uninterrupted view from the apartment of Sunny Beach/Nessabar bay are breathtaking. 24 hour security. A multitude of facilities are shared between this and several other luxury complexes, all close by (Please see 'notes on accommodation' for a full list.). The apartment comprises of an inner hall leading to a bright and airy living area including television, satellite TV and DVD player, and a balcony leading from the living area. Fully equipped kitchen. bathroom with bath and shower, and separate bedroom with twin beds. The apartment is also fully air conditioned throughout with remote control.

Notes on accommodation: PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complex being built on a slope there are several steps within the complex and this may not be suitable for all guests. As this complex is part of the Denivi resort use of the following facilities are available. 11 restaurants/bars, 14 adult/childrens pools. 2 Piano bars,Bureau de change, Amphitheatre(eveninig only), internet cafe, hairdressers, beauty room and nail bar, 2 massage areas, 3 shops & a supermarket, marina berthing (2007), sauna, beach bar, watersport centre & 2 gymnasiums all availabe at this and other sister complexs in the immediate area. Outside: Balcony with truly a beautiful view of Nessebar and Sunny beach, perfect for watching the sunset with a relaxing drink before your evening meal! Well maintained gardens. The complex has a restaurant and bar, with indoor and outdoor seating, looking out directly onto an outdoor pool. The terrace with sun beds around the pool also looks over the Sunny Beach/Nessebar bay, and the beach and marina are directly below the pool area. Directly behind the apartment are views of the nearby beautiul mountains. More luxury is only a stones throw away at other Denevi 4 star complexes. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean linen and towels are provided. Apartment will be cleaned before and after arrival. Should you require additional cleaning this can be arranged at an additional charge.

Wonderful Place

This was our third visit to the Dolce Vita apartments, but the first to this one. It is beautiful - bright, spacious and clean and it's elevated position has a sea view to die for and this is what brings us back, it is breathtaking. With a 24-hour shop across the road and numerous restaurants nearby, it's a perfect location. The poolside bar/restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices (around 40 lev for 3 including drinks) and it's good quality and plenty of it. It's cheaper to eat out than to buy food to cook, so ideal! The beach is just a short pathway down from the pool, a little steep but you get used to it surprisingly quickly. Above all, this place is very relaxing, but just 10 mins from the hustle of Sunny Beach, which has a mass of seafront stalls selling copies of everything from 'designer' bags, trainers and t-shirts, the usual stuff! My 2 teenagers enjoyed our stay and I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a great holiday - the view rivals the French Riviera for a fraction of the price! We are hoping to return next year.

It was a pleasure to spend 1 glorious week in this Wonderful apartment. Very clean, well equipt & spacious, satellite tv, air con (a must), plus a large balcony with a sea view to die for, such a Beautiful country! The much needed swimming pool was always nice and quiet with free sunbeds readily available. Perfect location, nice & relaxing during the day and just a short stroll to the beach which provided water sports and lovely bars/restaurants. Supermarket over the road was open 24/7 for your daily essentials. Short bus ride into the hustle & bustle of Sunny Beach, buses every 10 mins and only 1.50 Lev. The food and drink here is very cheap but also of great quality too! In general this is the perfect place to spend your holiday and we can't recommend this apartment enough. Thank you to our lovely taxi driver Dancho who was organised through the owner Mr Sean Melvin. We will be back ;D. Cheers!

We've spent two wonderful weeks at the Dolce Vita. Place is in our opinion one of the most beautiful places on the bulgarian coast.

Just the perfect choice for those who like quiet but not boring places.

Many things to visit and to do in the near neighborhood.Location of the apartment is real great-on the hill ,and it gives you breathtaking panoramic view on Nesebar Bay.

Weill recommend this place with pleasure.

Hope we'll come back there again- thank you Malvin one more time:)

The private beach for the Denevi resort is directly below the apartment, about a 3 minute walk away. Futher a field is the blue flag awarded beach of Sunny beach with it's vast expanse of entertainment and watersports.


The beach of St Vlas, & marina (2007) is about 300 yards away. The vibrant resort of Sunny beach and all it's facilities 7 minutes away is, regular hourly shuttle bus available. Nessebar, the beautiful world heritage site, is about a 15 minute drive. The cosmopolitan city of Bourgas, with all it's great shopping opportunities, and airport is situated just 25 minutes away. A taxi too and from Bourgas airport can be arranged by us should you require it.
