This lovely trullo is just perfect for a romantic break.
Recently renovated preserving the original character of the trullo this 1 bedroom trullo has everything for a comfortable holiday.
Set in an elevated position between the towns of Alberobello (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Martina Franca it is the perfect setting for a romantic break or for exploring the wonderful area of Puglia.
The trullo was kindly renovated in 2010 keeping the original features of the trullo but adding additional features to ensure a very comfortable stay. It is perfect for 2 people and has its own private swimming pool.
The bed is situated in a recess alcove which creates a romantic cosy feeling.
The bathroom and kitchen are finished to a high standard.
My partner and I booked this gorgeous Trullo for a romantic break, and it didn't disappoint. The Trullo has been beautifully restored, and is plenty big enough for two people. We spent a few lazy days by the pool, relaxing, but the property is a great base for visiting the picturesque villages of Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Alberobello, each about 10-15 minutes drive away. We would definitely return. Thanks to Gabriella for the great communication and organising the stay for us.

My husband and I spent 6 nights in this charming and cozy trullo. It was the perfect place to relax, and made a wonderful home base for exploring Puglia. The trullo's placement in the valley is ideal for its tranquility and amazing views. Sipping wine by the pool and watching the twinkling lights of nearby towns was the perfect way to end our days.
The kitchen was very well equipped for meal preparation and we made use of the outdoor BBQ several times to grill pizza and delicious local vegetables. The lush herbs surrounding the trullo made tasty additions to our meals, too.
Gabry was so helpful in making our visit stress-free and relaxing. She even helped us arrange to have rental bikes delivered to the trullo. Our bike excursions were delightful and gave us another way to explore this unique and beautiful region. We will not soon forget the day we encountered a goatherd and his flock as we were biking back to the trullo.
Trullo delle selve is a beautifully reconstructed trullo in the midst of the trullo countryside. The decoration and fittings are ultra modern and stylish without affecting the
characteristic features of a trullo, solid stone walls, an alcove bedroom, tiny windows and the famous cone shaped roof. It is a long way from town- 10km from Alberobello but the GPS in the house means that there was no trouble getting around, and for the first couple of times, getting home. Well placed for day trips to Lecce, Matera, and the Adriatic coast as well as Alberobello, Martina Franca and Locorotondo, it is also ideal for a lazy day around the pool, enjoying the panoramic vistas, and walks in the surrounding countryside. It is perfect for self catering with a full kitchen and barbecue so you can practice cooking Puglian and eating outdoors on the terrace. For those who wish to spend day after day on the beach it is a long way away, but as Australians we have an abundance of beaches at home so that is no problem for us. Thanks also to Gabriella for her helpfulness and friendly service. We would thoroughly recommend trullo dell delve to any couples looking to experience Puglia and the trullo country in their own little home in the country.
First off, Gabry couldn't have helped us more on our trip. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us when we had some pretty major issues (we'd booked a car in advance and found out at the airport that you need a credit card in Italy! Gabry not only sorted our transfer, talking to the taxi driver on the phone, but then arranged our car hire locally).
The Trullo itself is beautiful, and you can tell the owners have real pride in their Italian getaway. Everything has been done to such a high standard, with lots of nice little touches to make their guests extra comfortable. The place was immaculate and we really enjoyed both the poolside patio and the undercover one for when the sun got a bit too hot (even in mid April...).
One of the things that we really loved was the peace and quiet of the place. Even though there are other Trullos around, it's always so quiet, and the views out across Alberobello, Locorotondo and Martina Franca were stunning.
We'll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone who wants to slow down and de-stress.
We arrived into Brindisi airport to blue skies, warm sunshine and 20 degrees to open up our Trullo for the season on 1st April. The house had wintered well, and was spotless after its spring clean from Gabriella and her team. The garden of herbs and shrubs had grown immensely in the last few months, providing a more established feel, and perfect for cooking on the BBQ ! The field was full of wild flowers, and the olives, almonds and pines look in good health.
We enjoyed a few days of complete peace and calm, listening to the birds and spotting orchids in the lane. A heavy heart as we headed back to England, but happy that the Trullo is ready and waiting for our guests this year.
We had one of our best holidays ever here. The trullo is of a very high standard. Gabriella the agent couldn't be more helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this trullo if you want a holiday away from it all.
Puglia is full of history and places to explore. The trullo is centrally situated between Alberobello (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Martina Franca and you can move around the area easily from here. Close by are the towns of Locorotondo, Ostuni, Polignano, Monopoli and Cisternino.
The summer months are filled with many festivals and the towns are living until the early hours.
