Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Modern, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer tollen sehr gepflegten Anlage. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Einkaufsläden sowie viele Restaurants in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge.

A very nice apartment . Modern , very clean , good facilities . The apartment is located in a great well-kept complex . A car is necessary . Shops and many restaurants in a few minutes by car . Good starting point for excursions .

Marble floors throughout, except the 2 bedrooms, which have oak flooring and are fitted with a full range of built in oak wardrobes to compliment. Secure underground parking with steps up to the apartment. 24 hour security and CCTV. Please Note The Apartment Has An Energy Efficiency Rating Of 'D' Outside: The large private terrace is directly attached to the property and equipped with Table, Chairs & Parasol, Sun Loungers & a Gas Bbq. This overlooks landscaped private gardens and the swimming pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. Extra linen & towels are left for stays of longer than 7 days. Beach Towels are supplied Other: Exceptionally large roof terrace equipped with sun beds & bbq, magnificent views over the garden and pool. Air conditioning in all rooms. Marble floors throughout except for 2 bedrooms which have oak flooring. Wardrobes, doors, cupboards are of solid oak.

Vilamoura and Quarteira beaches are 5 mins drive away.


Faro airport is 20 minutes drive. Taxis are plentiful, hiring a car is recommended as this will then give you the freedom to explore the sights that the Algarve has to offer. Car hire is reasonably priced particularly if you book in advance.


Vilamoura Marina is approx 5 mins drive, which offers numerous cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. Quinta Do Lago and Vale De Lobo are only 15 mins drive and the lovely old town of Loule is approx 10 mins. This is a very popular market town, which has many restaurants, shops and markets. For those wishing to venture further a field, the Spanish Border is only 45 mins and the beautiful Spanish city of Seville is less than 2 hours away. Other places of interest are Silves, Olhao, Tavira.

Further Details:

Good Supermarkets (Pingo Doce & Continente) are approx a 3 minute drive away, there are restaurants at the entrance of Vila Sol, you can also eat at the golf club or hotel which are very good. There is a large aqua park within minutes from Palmyra, which is a fantastic day for all the family. Karting is also within easy reach. A number of good supermarkets are in Loule and Quarteira which offer a wide choice of fresh fish, vegetables and of course wine. If you like shopping, then would suggest The Algarve Forum, Mar Shopping or old town in Faro and the large retail parks at Guia and Portimao. If you like the more traditional markets, then these are to be found in Quarteira (Wednesday), Loule (Saturday) and ESTOI, which is very popular with the Portuguese. This is open the second Sunday of every month, but you must get there early – 9.30 am latest! approx. 30 mins drive.

Booking Notes:
Please contact Sandra Wilson with your preferred dates. A booking deposit of £150 plus a refundable breakage/damage deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. The property and contents inventory will be checked on your departure. Damage will be charged in full. If you cancel your booking the breakage/damage deposit will be returned in full, the booking deposit will be retained unless a replacement booking is found.

Changeover Day:
The owner will try and be as flexible as possible about the dates you wish to book.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Where bookings overlap different price periods the daily pro rata cost will apply. Long lets subject to negotiation.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
