Ground floor spacious apartment with air conditioning, situated on a private residential complex with large communal pool in peaceful surroundings.

The complex is in the centre of the village near the shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars. The harbour cafe and pretty port area is a short walk and the beautiful beach of Arenal d'en Castell is about 5 minutes drive.

The apartment provides a large south/westerly facing terrace and front garden leading from a spacious lounge/diner and has a separate kitchen and laundry area. A great area to relax for families and couples and everything necessary for boating enthusiasts, divers and outdoor/walking types. An 18 hole Golf Course is located about 15 minutes drive from the apartment.

Menorca is a beautiful unspoilt island attracting visitors who wish to enjoy the culture of Menorcan towns and villages, chic bars, restaurants, outstanding beaches and secluded bays. Rented under the terms of the Spanish Tenancy Act (LAU) for non-touristic rentals

About Paul

We bought this apartment in Addaia in 2006 as a place to bring the family for Summer holidays which we have furnished and maintained to a high standard which allows us to rent it to our families to enjoy!!

The property is rented under the Spanish Tenancy Act (LAU) and no additional services are offered.

The apartment suits couple and families as it is a quiet location with modern facilities but also has good access on a ground floor level to the swimming pool for the children to play safely.

We have now had over 50 guests stay at the apartment and really enjoy getting positive feedback and comments about how much they enjoyed their time in Addaia.

We hope you can find time to visit.

We love the access to the Marina and how close the shops and restaurants but without being overlooked by them.

The beaches are only a short drive away too.

The village is mainly inhabited by locals and ex-pats, however there are no large tour operators here.

Booking Notes:
£150 deposit required at time of booking. Remaining balance and £100 security deposit due 4 weeks before departure.
Keys are accessed from the key safe next to front door using a 4 digit code.

Changeover Day:
Preferred changeover days are Friday, Saturday or Monday, however we will try to accommodate your request.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
