Our apartment is situated in a beautiful quiet and residential area of Torrevieja. The complex is primarily residential with quite a number of ex-pats residing there. Entry to the complex and pool area is by gated access, making it completely safe, especially for families. There are three fabulous swimming pools to the rear of the complex surrounded by well maintained gardens and palm trees. The apartment has a private rooftop solarium with patio set, gas BBQ fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a clothes line, lots of lighting and outdoor sockets. The dining area is covered by a 13m2 horizontal awning.There is also a balcony to the front of the apartment, outside the front door, with patio set and awning. Satellite Channels on a 32" LED Smart TV, unlimited super fast fibre optic internet, double glazed PVC windows and air-conditioning completes the comforts which will make your stay a most comfortable and enjoyable one. A 5-stage water osmosis system makes drinking water completely safe and eliminates dragging gallons of water from the supermarket! With beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within comfortable walking distance, everywhere you need to go to is easily accessible. There are also two bus stops nearby with buses running approximately every 20 minutes over the Summer. There is ample street-parking around the complex.

We purchased this property in 2000. Our kids were very young at the time and the area was safe and quiet. It has become our home from home where we have holidayed every year since.

Why Owner chose Torrevieja
It is close to all the amenities and only 1km from the glorious beaches that stretch right over to La Mata. In fact there is a boardwalk which is also used, especially during off-season. We are also located in a quiet and residential complex which is gated and access to the pool area by electronic fob system.

Its not near many ammenities ie shops beachs etc so a cars a must and as its a first floor apartment with steps its not really suited for the elderly or infirm but otherwise its a nice clean and well equipped apartment.
Glad you enjoyed your stay James. To the contrary, there are many amenities nearby and the beach is merely 1km away, if you are willing to walk. It is a first-floor apartment, as advertised. As with any vacation, a car is always a plus and it eases access to the many delightful areas the Costa Blanca has to offer. However, if you wish to stay more local, two bus-stops either side of the complex alleviates the necessity to walk.

Lovely place to stay
Absolutely perfect place to stay especially for us due to all the great walks & cycling in the area plus you are only a short way from the beach . The apartment is exceptionally well equipped but during our stay we mainly used the roof solarium which is lovely for breakfast . Would definitely return & will be very sad to go home .

We especially appreciated the towels and beach equipment. The kids loved the smart TV with Netflix. We loved the solarium and enjoyed lunches and evenings up there. The pool was so close, pristine and beautifully landscaped. Torrevieja was a pleasure to explore in September. We feel like we've only seen a tiny amount of what the area has to offer and the 4 of us agree that we would love to stay here again soon. Our 10 year old and 7 year old said it was the 'best holiday ever!' You can't ask for more then that.

The apartment was lovely and clean, good air conditioning and everything you need. The location was great as it was near the bus route into the town and a nice walk to La Mata beach. Joe and Assumpta were very helpful from the moment we booked. Lovely apartment for family or couple. Near to shops and bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend. The Ship bar across the road serves great food too!
Coast/Beach: The Blue Flag Beach of La Mata, which stretches for 7kms, is fifteen minutes walk, or five by car. Parallel to this is a 5km boardwalk. Travel: Alicante and Murcia airports are 30kms, approx 30 minutes drive. An airport pick-up service can be arranged, if requested. Further Details: Shops, restaurants, bars and the waterslide park are all only a short walk or even shorter again by car! The Ozone, which has fabulous restaurants, bars, bowling and amusement arcade is also close-by. Adjacent to this is the three story Habaneras shopping centre or the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre only 15 minutes drive away - shop till you drop! Terra Mitica theme park in Benidorm is just over an hour's drive - well worth a visit. The mud baths at La Mata and salt lakes at Lo Pagan are very therapeutic and are recommended by medical specialists.

Booking Notes: A 25% (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure booking, with the balance due six weeks prior to occupancy. A cleaning charge of €50 applies and is paid on arrival. Arrival is after 2pm with departure before 10am. This is to facilitate changeover cleans. Towels, beach towel s and linen are supplied. Changeover Day: Saturday/Sunday during July and August. Negotiable all other times.
