Apartment in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Spain. Air-conditioning; Free Wi-Fi - Quiet Location, Close to Beach and All Amenities

Our apartment is situated in a beautiful quiet and residential area of Torrevieja. The complex is primarily residential with quite a number of ex-pats residing there. Entry to the complex and pool area is by gated access, making it completely safe, especially for families. There are three fabulous swimming pools to the rear of the complex surrounded by well maintained gardens and palm trees. The apartment has a private rooftop solarium with patio set and a gas BBQ. The dining area is covered by a 13m2 horizontal awning.There is also a balcony to the front with patio set and awning. Satellite Channels on a 32" LED Smart TV, unlimited wi-fi and air-conditioning completes the comforts which will make your stay a most comfortable and enjoyable one. A 5-stage water osmosis system makes drinking water completely safe and eliminates dragging gallons of water from the supermarket! With beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within comfortable walking distance everywhere you need to go to is easily accessible. There is also a bus stop nearby with buses running approx. every 20 minutes over the Summer. Ample street-parking.

About The Owner

We purchased this property in 2000. Our kids were very young at the time and the area was safe and quiet. It has become our home from home where we have holidayed every year since.

Why The Owner chose Torrevieja Area

It is close to all the amenities and only 1km from the glorious beaches that stretch right over to La Mata. In fact there is a boardwalk which is also used, especially during off-season. We are also located in a quiet and residential complex which is gated and access to the pool area by electronic fob system.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is air-conditioned (absolutely essential, especially during the Summer). The complex is ideal for families with an open area in front of the apartment where children can play in complete safety. Satellite tv and free unlimited wi-fi make this an ideal location for the perfect holiday. Outside: The private 100sq.m rooftop solarium has a full patio set with 13m2 horizontal awning and gas BBQ. The full size fridge can come in very useful for ice cold drinks while sunbathing under the hot Spanish sun! There is also a balcony to the front of the apartment with patio set and awning. The three picturesque swimming pools are used exclusively for residents and guests. The apartment is cleaned, beds prepared and towels supplied on your arrival. Cleaning charge of €40 applies. We ask that departure time is 10am at the latest and arrival time from 2pm onwards. This is to facilitate changeover cleans.

We spent a fantastic fortnight in this apartment. Walking distance to the beach, supermarkets and many nice and cheap little restaurants.

Flat really well equipped, cleaned and comfortable.

Well equipped appartment

We had lovely holiday in your apartment, Barry who collected us from the airport was an excellent tour guide and very helpful, but the only thing that let it down was that I slept in the room with the single beds and the top sheet was not a top sheet but a duvet cover and felt like it was new and not soft/cotton. We did get in touch with Barry’s wife who told us that was what was provided. I did check the other bed and that was the same. I did wash it but it didn’t make a difference at all. I had to sleep with the blanket over me. The apartment would benefit with some other cotton sheets available. Other than that it was fully equipped with everything. Loved the private roof terrace with the large fridge/freezer. I would also recommend the use of a car as we were told the bus came every 30 mins but there was no timetable at the bus stop and there are no handy taxi ranks, but the local bar was very helpful and ordered us a taxi to take us in to Torrevieja – 10 Euros single journey.

Owner's Response: Hi Anne - glad you enjoyed your holiday. I apologise for duvet covers left as top sheets: I am unsure as to why his happened and have contacted our cleaners about this. There are ample sets of sheets for both the single beds and the double bed in the cupboard, all of which are Debenhams cotton sheets. They are there for the use of all our guests for changes. The buses in Torrevieja run every 20-30 minutes from the three bus-stops nearby. Timetables for these are left with the housebook which also has contact numbers for taxis. I am glad that this did not hamper your holiday too much and that you enjoyed the break.

The villa has every thing you could wish for and more..,..,,even down to shopping bags.

I wi defiantly recomend this property

to family and friends and we would defiantly stay there again

Excellent Holiday Home

This property was excellently equipped with everything anyone could want for a holiday rental. Loads of kitchen utensils, bedding, towels etc. Barbeque and fridge on roof space great and also washing machine and dryer. Exactly as described. Wifi also a great asset! All as described. Excellent customer service too! We know the local area with good very reasonable restaurants and bars. Good supermarket too, Mercadona. Will be returning

fantastic property

Had a fantastic holiday here. The apartment had every facility you could ask for, from air con to wi-fi to smart TV. The facilities on the solarium were brilliant. The huge awning made relaxing and dining so much more comfortable, especially with the bbq and huge fridge. The pools were magnificent with the beach a leisurely stroll away. Restaurants and supermarkets were only a stroll also. The property was spotless and well maintained with a welcome pack provided also. Had a brilliant holiday. Highly recommend this property and will most certainly be returning.

The Blue Flag Beach of La Mata, which stretches for 7kms, is fifteen minutes walk, or five by car. Parallel to this is a 5km boardwalk.


Alicante and Murcia airports are 30kms, approx 30 minutes drive. An airport pick-up service can be arranged, if requested.

Further Details:

Shops, restaurants, bars and the waterslide park are all only a short walk or even shorter again by car! The Ozone, which has fabulous restaurants, bars, bowling and amusement arcade is also close-by. Adjacent to this is the three story Habaneras shopping centre or the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre only 15 minutes drive away - shop till you drop! Terra Mitica theme park in Benidorm is just over an hour's drive - well worth a visit. The mud baths at La Mata and salt lakes at Lo Pagan are very therapeutic and are recommended by medical specialists.
