About the property

Villa Apartment - Exclusive use of pool.

The apartment is attached to main house but completely self contained and private with own entrance in a quiet residential part of Playa Blanca. Well appointed with sun terrace with sea view to other islands. Guests are welcome to use our private pool and large sun terrace. Also a garden. 5 mins drive to central Playa Blanca and 15 mins walk to beach. Close to favourite walk up Montana Roja - an old volcano. We can only offer this apt to totally non-smokers.

About Roy Lewis

We are a mature couple and have lived permanently in Lanzarote for 15 years.

We spend a lot of time working around our property but make sure that we are never in the face of our guests.

In this way we make sure that our clients get the best of attention and comfort with an assurance that if any problems should occur we are on hand to put things right or help. We are non smokers and ask that our clients are the same.

Perfect location with great views and lovely pool!

A perfectly sized apartment for the two of us with lovely views and a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest beach. A further 20-25 minutes brings you to a large selection of bars and restaurants and more beaches. Roy and Sheila were very welcoming and we have already recommended this place to friends.

Cosy appartment with a functional kitchen and nice double shower.

My wife and I spent two weeks at this accommodation. Roy and Sheila were very friendly and helpful. There was a welcome pack within the property when we arrived, which was helpful  as we arrived late.  The accommodation was clean and tidy with good facilities for 1 to 2 people. We had access to the large pool and sun loungers as required. Roy and Sheila made recommendations on places to visit during our stay which proved usefull. We would highly recommend this property for a couple or lone traveller.

Friendly, safe, sunny and incredible relaxing.

Wow ! What a fabulous find.

I booked this as a 50th birthday treat to myself and what a treat it was.

Roy was at the airport to greet me and take me to the apartment ( for a small charge), since I had no transport and didn't fancy organising a coach ticket; although they are fairly easy to book.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Sheila and shown around the cute but well equipped, cool and clean apartment.

For the duration of my stay, I had free and totally private access to the pool and was left to do my own thing, although both Roy and Sheila were around should I need them. They did check to ask if I would like a lift into town when they were going, on several occasions and I gratefully accepted on one.

The town of Playa Blanca is within an easy 20 minute stroll or a longer lovely walk along the seafront ( recommend hiring a car if you ar less active). Alternately, there is a small supermarket which stocks basics and 4 types of restaurant, within a 10 minute walk if you are feeling lazy.

I would very highly recommend this place and plan to book again....I only wish I didn't have to share this info as I would love to keep it a secret! 😊😊

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!!

The apartment is in a lovely quiet residential area which was perfect for us. 10 mins walk to seafront and a small selection of bars and restaurants and about 30 mins further to the main town/harbour.

The views from the apartment are stunning. Sea views from the terrace and mountain views from the bedroom windows. Roy keeps the garden immaculate and it was a pleasure to sit in. The apartment is perfect for a couple. Good size bedroom with very comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Lovely bathroom and shower and perfectly adequate kitchen/living area with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Most importantly, the apartment was spotlessly clean.

Please don't be put off that the apartment doesn't have air con. We were a bit worried about it as we are always warm so worried we would be uncomfortable but the apartment is on the shady side of the house so doesn't get too warm inside and the fan provided in the bedroom was perfectly sufficient and kept us both comfortable.

We only made use of the pool once during our stay as we were busy exploring the island but oh my lord, it was beautiful like stepping into a warm bath. We wished we'd used it more!

Roy and Sheila were very welcoming hosts. On arrival we found they had left some essentials in the fridge for us as well as a bottle of wine. This was a lovely touch and very gratefully received.

We are looking forward to staying again in the future!
