This property was not aquired with renting in mind. We bought it for the location, and the excellent workmanship and decor, to enjoy as a holiday hide away which we still enjoy doing whenever there is a vacancy.
What makes this Apartment unique
Bars, Shops, Beaches, Prom, water sports, we have everything you need within a few mtrs. Yet at the same time it is a great chill out location. We love it.

Very clean and tidy, Great living area and pool on site, Took my niece and nephew and did mainly cooked in the apartment daily and evening drink at the local bars :)

Spacious with a great outside space
There was plenty of room for our party (4 + one 2yr old)at the property. The outside space looking onto the pool was great and our little one made the most of playing there. It's enclosed & safe. We had a problem getting into area 7 initially as we had been given the wrong code for the gate. Even Jim the agent wasn't aware that it had changed! On the whole we enjoyed the apartment. We were unable to use the safe as someone had taken the keys home so that was a bit of a worry. We loved visiting the restaurants on the Mar menor side of the marina for a meal, enjoying the beautiful sunsets as we ate. Fantastic way to end the evenings. Plenty of restaurants around & the supermarket was close by. Pool & grounds are well kept..they even fixed the fountain while we were there. The beach is very clean & great for little ones, the water being very shallow & no waves.The apartment is in a great area. Its big & has great air con. There were a couple of bits which i wouldve thought would have been the agents responsibility.....the ceiling light cover was missing in our twin room and a ceiling light didnt work in the lounge. Neither of these affected our stay but it would look better if they were fixed. Oh & maybe a new drying rack. Just little things. On the whole a great apartment in a fab area. We had a really good time. Thank you

I have spent a lot of time abroad on Holiday's but this area is up there amongst the best ever. A hire car is recommended as there are such beautiful places to chill out within a few minutes drive. The shops and Restaurants are plentiful and of good quality and variety.
The Apartment was first class and well looked after by our Agent Jim and his wife who were so helpful on a 24/7 basis.
One small complain, not enough English speaking Channels on TV, but lots and lots of DVD's for all ages made up for that.
The Kid's loved every minute of the Holiday, especially with the Pool right outside the door, and their review was " we'll be back"!

lovely apartment and place
Stayed in this apartment 3 times never had a problem closed to everything plenty of nice restaurants to eat in and apartment right facing the pool thanks to the owners for letting us rent this apartment again

We stayed there end of the Oct with family of 7 apartment location is perfect, a specialy for kids,
ground floor and just by the pool we stayed there 4 adult and 3kids it’s clean tidy apartment so close to all local shops and got full house equipments

Having stayed in a variety of places all over Spain this is by far our favourite,this was our third visit! The pool is a stones throw from the terrace so we could relax while the kids played,the appartment is spacious with everything you need.even a washing machine which pleased my wife! The beach is a 5 minute walk or the lake which is 25 meters away which are both lovely.the supermarket is extremely well stocked with an amazing fish counter.I'm not sure where a previous reviewer went to eat but there are loads of restaurants at the marina and I've pretty much eaten in them all and have never had a bad meal.it has a really nice vibe and feels really safe,it's certainly not magaluf which is the exact reason we keep going back.thanks

Special interest holidays:
There are a lot of facilities for the more active like horse riding, cycling, and rambling. There are also Bridge, music, and reading clubs organized by the ex-pats living in the area. This type of thing is advertised in the free English speaking newspapers available at most British owned bars.
Directly adjacent to the apartment complex is the Mar Menor with beaches all along it's stretch, 200yards away is the Mediterranean sea with it's beaches.
Both Beaches are divided only by a two way road which runs the full length of La Manga and has Shops, Restaurants, and Bars an either side of it's entire length.
San Javier, (Murcia), is a 40 minute drive away, Alicante airport is 80mins away. Taxi services are available, however, car hire from the airport is of a similar cost, and will help you to get the most out of your holiday. We can advise on this. We will supply you with easy to follow route maps from Airport to Apartment,
The port of Cartegena is 20 minutes drive away, & has regular bus services directly to it from close by the apartment. A ferry service also operates from the local Marina which goes regularly to San Javier. The city of Murcia is also a 20 minute drive away. Markets abound at all of these places.
There is a large supermarket within 50 yards of the apartment, along with banks, bars, shops and restaurants. The marina of course has it's own unique variety of similar activities, this again is a 50 yard walk away.
During the Summer Season we have a huge Saturday Market about 50 mtrs from the Apartment with an excellent array of goods on sale.
