Bedroom 1 has twin beds with an en-suite bath/shower room and WC, a hairdryer is provided for your convenience.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and share a separate bath/shower room and WC.
The modern fully fitted kitchen consists of cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a small utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board.
The living room provides dining room table and chairs, sofa bed, sideboard with TV, DVD, and Hi-fi.
As this is a ground floor apartment there is a garden with patio table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ.

About Glenn Miller
Our apartments (303 and 305) are jointly owned by 2 families, both with two children each. We hope this is reflected in the apartment, providing all the amenities you need for a safe family holiday or relaxing break with friends or family members. We have owned the apartments since new (2005) and the feedback from our guests is always positive. As owners we enjoy spending both family holidays and short golf breaks as often as possible.

Fantastic family holiday
We stayed in Apt 303 in July 2014 and can't recommend the place highly enough.
The apartment was spotless, everything was in working order and was very well equipped. The owners were flexible on dates due to awkward flight times so from the outset we were able to save money and time on convenient flights.
There are three twin bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of space. There was always hot water and there is air con too, although we didn't need it. There is a decent sized garden and a spotless BBQ, plus outdoor furniture.
We took minimal clothing thanks to the washing machine, dryer and drying rack. The utility room was also well equipped with toys and beach equipment.
The park itself is very clean, the reception staff are very helpful and there is enough to do onsite to not have to leave the place for several days if you just want to chill out. There are four pools of varying designs, each with snack bars/restaurants and all of which are reasonably priced, which is great as you don't feel ripped off on site.
All of the pools are within a couple of minutes' walk, with two in particular being the ones we went back to again and again. There is loads of space for the kids to play too.
There is a footbridge over the main road which enables you to enjoy a sheltered, 15-20 minute walk into Albufeira old town. This is a great place to spend the day on the beach then retreat to the restaurants at night before getting a taxi back at the end of the day. The taxi rank is situated in a very obvious place at the top of the old town and is about 4-5 euros. (You don't even need a hire car as taxis are cheap.)
Coast/Beach: There are some fabulous beaches around the Algarve all within easy reach. The nearest being Fishermans beach which is 2km away. Travel: Faro airport is the closest and is 38km, approx. 30 min drive. If you do not wish to hire a car we can arrange transfers at an additional cost. Distances: The old town of Albufeira is less than 2km away from Clube Albufeira, here you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Further Details: Free shuttle bus runs 4 times daily to the town just 2km away and local taxi is only 5 euros each way. Local supermarket and autobank are only 200 metres at local camping site.

Booking Notes: 20% deposit upon booking, balance payable in full 8 weeks prior to holiday. An additional £100 security deposit will be required with the final balance and refunded within 14 days subject to apartment inspection. Changeover Day: Changeover days, fully flexible to suit your holiday. Notes on prices: Prices shown are for the property per week (7 nights) in UK Pounds,for additional days please divide this figure by 7 nights and multiply by the amount of nights you wish to stay. Payments made in Euros are welcomed, please contact us to agree a figure. If your chosen week falls into different price bands please contact us.
