This well furnished second floor (top floor with lift) apartment, in a prestigious block is located in a quiet and secure residential area 200 metres from the sandy beach, local shop, bars and restaurants. Puerto Pollensa’s centre, marina and famous Pine Walk are a 20-minute stroll along the promenade or five minutes by car. Llenaire is very popular with families during the hot summer months and with walkers, cyclists and all who love peace and quiet during the remainder. There are lovely mountain views from both the apartment and roof terrace. La Plaza has full gas-fired central heating for the evenings during winter holidays and air-conditioned bedrooms for the summer months. The accommodation offers a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a twin with fitted wardrobes, a spacious bathroom with full bath, overhead shower, twin wash hand basins and wc. The living area is bright, light and airy with comfortable seating and a private rear terrace between the lounge and the dining room.

About The Owner

My wife and family have lived in Puerto Pollensa for over ten years and have slowly built up a small personal letting business specialising in well equipped apartments in the resort. We know that it's important to clients that we are on hand and we meet every arrival individually and again see them off, returning their deposit in person, on the day they leave.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 2004

Puerto Pollensa is a peaceful family resort and the world class Pine Walk is a stunning feature of 'The Port'. To own a home here is an aspiration shared by many, but until that day any can rent and enjoy our beautiful bay.

What makes this apartment unique

Our apartments are all air-conditioned and heated, most have pools and three have private roof terraces. All have satellite TV receiving the UK free to air channels and all are comfortably furnished. Notes on accommodation: The apartment is child friendly with a baby cot available and well located in a quiet safe family area, close to he beach. The roads are wide and safe to walk with ample off road parking, although a car is not necessary for a family beach holiday, but advisable for explorers. The owners request no smoking inside the apartment. Outside: The large pool is private to La Paza, has ample sunbeds and is shared between a dozen apartments. Utility Room: Gas fired boiler. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included and linen changed weekly. Property cleaned between tenants. Other: The rear terrace off the lounge overlooks the pool area and the main stairwell accesses the large private roof terrace with barbecue and patio furniture.

Palma airport serves the island and is a 40 minute drive from the apartment. Car hire would be a good idea for those wishing to explore the island, but if you would like a break from driving we can arrange for our own driver and car to meet you at the airport and please ask for full details when reserving.
