Villa near Puerto Banus, Marbella, Spain - Peaceful, 15 Minute Walk To The Beach

Villa Andaluz is a very large, luxury private villa located near Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol that boasts 330 days of sunshine and 200 miles of beaches.

The villa itself is booked out annually for 40 + weeks with about 40% of the bookings each year coming from guests who have been at least once before. Our guests range at times from 2 people in a party to 12, and therefore we have a tariff schedule that reflects this and that we send to you, so please ask for a quote as we simply enjoy sharing the villa with both our existing guests as well as those who have not stayed before.

We offer a place that you, together, with your family and friends can enjoy; including the privacy of the villa and its terraces, large garden, heated swimming pool and the comfort of this beautifully furnished villa fully equipped with all the mod cons.

Relax on the terraces or eat alfresco while enjoying the sea view, or take a walk to the beach, shops or local restaurants. There is also a WIFI connection, satellite TV with SKY channels including sport, Freesat BBC 1- 4, ITV 1-4, Swedish, Norwegian and Irish channels and for further entertainment in 2015 we provided the ping-pong table for the garden.

Internally, we have just added a large walk-in shower to the family bathroom on the bottom floor and for several seasons now we have had a hot water external shower located in a private courtyard in the garden.

About Anne Garnett

Anne is an architect responsible for the house and all the internal decorations and high class furniture while Rob spent most of his life in the Pharmaceutical business and latterly as Chief Executive of a Norfolk Council. The property is managed with the help of local skilled staff, so it is very much a family affair and everyone has worked together for a long time and our main interest is to see that all our guests have a wonderful holiday.

Why Anne Garnett chose Estepona

We spent a long time looking at all the locations on the Costa del Sol and chose Paraiso because of the excellent micro-climate, being so close to the beach, shops, restaurants and Puerto Banus and Marbella. In order to make it a year round location we installed a heated swimming pool and private gardens to soak up the sun. It is easy to get to from Malaga, Gibraltar, Granada and even Jerez airports and plenty of private parking.

What makes this villa unique

One guest summed it up by saying "that it was better than a 5 star hotel with all the privacy you could ask for and meal times that suited us-utter luxury".

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms and there is cosy under-floor heating for winter. The Villa is not really suited to guests with limited mobility due to steps.The Villa is non smoking but the terraces and gardens can be used for smoking. No pets are allowed. Amenities include a CD,& DVD & Playstation 3. Outside: The grounds to the villa are secured with an electronic gate. Once inside the courtyard, there are numerous patios, terraces and a loggia and these are well furnished, with a main table on the bottom floor that seats 12-14 and a table on the middle floor terrace that seats 10. There is also a BBQ area on 2 floors, rocking chairs, umbrellas, sun beds (11) and the pool is 8x4 metres and is normally kept heated at 29 degrees centigrade. Hot and cold water external shower. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, second fridge-freezer, clothes horse, iron & board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bathroom towels and separate beach towels provided. The linen is changed at the end of the first week. "Daily Maid Service on request." Other: The villa has 3 floors, and the main entrance is on the middle floor into a grand hall. The loggia on the bottom floor, although external is very much like an additional room as it is so well protected and is only open on 2 sides

One of the best places we have stayed

This is undoubtedly one of the best places we have stayed.... And we've stayed in many other villas in the area, over the years!

From the initial booking to the time we left, nothing could have been more perfect.

A huge thank you to Anne and Rob for providing such a wonderful place to stay. We're already looking to book for next year!

Outstanding

From first enquiry everything was very smooth and completely painless. The communication from Rob and Anne was without doubt the best I have had over many years booking Villa holidays.

The directions were excellent and helped no end. When we arrived at the Villa, Rob was there to greet us and gave us a guided tour. If you think the Villa looks good in the photos then wait until you see it in the flesh, it is beautiful!

We spent most of the time around the pool which is very clean and because it is heated we became very crinkly because of the time spent lazing on the lilos. Eating outside is a joy either downstairs by the pool if you are barbecuing or on the middle floor terrace if cooking in the very well appointed kitchen.

The penthouse suite is fantastic, a perfect place to kick start the day with a cup of tea before falling into the pool for the rest of it.

There is a good butchers (Liam's) and numerous restaurants in the parade at the bottom of the hill, about 10 minutes walk.

Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful Villa where you have the choice of enjoying fantastic amenities or eating out then you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful Villa

A wonderful relaxing Villa. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is set up for people who like to cook. The beds were comfortable, all the seating areas were lovely. The pool was lovely and warm. The welcome pack was really appreciated, it had all the supplies we needed for the first night.

The kids (11 and 15) had a fabulous week and the Adults felt well rested and happy. The villa is in an ideal place to explore the local area, however a car is essential.

I would love to come back next year for another holiday.

Coast/Beach:

There are several beaches local to the villa within an easy walk, taking about 10-15 minutes or by car, the local beaches are between 3-8 minutes drive. There are many more to visit up and down the coast. We provide a map of the beaches.

Travel:

Malaga airport is a 40- 45 minute drive. Gibraltar airport is a 45 minute drive. Granada airport is a 2.5 hours drive. Jerez airport is 2 hours drive. While a hire car is highly recommended many guests use local taxis which are plentiful and easy to book.

Distances:

It takes 5 minutes to drive to San Pedro, 7 minutes to drive to Puerto Banus and 15-20 minutes to drive into Marbella. Benahavis, a local traditional village inland is about a 10 minute drive away and Ronda is 45 minutes drive through quite amazing scenery. Gibraltar is a 45 minutes drive.

Further Details:

We provide a full information pack before you depart which includes maps, emergency telephone numbers and information relating to the local and regional area. There is something for more or less everyone. Further information is provided in the villa. Once you arrive and have had the time to relax our English/Spanish assistant is on hand to help further with any queries you might have.

Booking Notes:
See our web page. Briefly a reservation is made with 25% of the total sum of the accommodation cost being paid (non refundable) and the balance is paid to us 8 weeks before your arrival at the villa. In addition there is a refundable deposit of £350.00 and we return this less any costs with receipts for breakages within a 4 week period.(so far always returned in full)

Changeover Day:
Saturday from March to the end of October but this can be varied to suit during the rest of the year. The Villa is available from 1400 hours on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 1100 hours on the day of departure.

Notes on prices:
The rate listed here is for 4 to 6 people. We also have rates for up to 8 people and then families of 10+ including children plus 2 cots. During the UK school holidays, we reserve the right to charge the full 10+ person occupancy rate, although we are always happy to provide a quotation.

25% of the holiday cost is paid to make the reservation.
75% of the holiday cost is paid with the security deposit of £350.00 8 weeks before arrival
