We are an English family from Derbyshire who have owned a property in Rayol Canadel for over 20 years. We sold our flat in 2004 in order to purchase our present newly built villa to accommodate our family and friends.
Robert purchased this Villa in 2004
Why Robert chose Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer
After investigating the area 25 years ago we decided to settle in this beautiful location which is unspoiled and largely undiscovered by holiday makers.
What makes this Villa unique
The villa has beautiful beaches and facilities within a few hundred yards. Also we have the benefit of a pool. There are excellent restaurants and shops a few minutes away. Recommendations can be provided when booking. During the summer months (April to October) it is a pleasant stroll to a local convenience store for freshly baked baguettes and croissants

The perfect venue
Having spent many summers in the local area over the last 15 years, I can reliably say that this is one of the most lovely properties we have had the pleasure to stay in. I'll summarise our experience:
- Booking was easy with great communication from the owner,
- The property was easy to find with the directions provided,
- The property isn't far from the beach/shops,
- There was plenty of secure parking,
- The villa was immaculate, clean and had everything we could have needed in terms of amenities,
- The decor was gorgeous, it was do spacious and light,
- The gardens and pool were lovely, clean with plenty of furniture,
- All in all perfect for our large family group, no one had cause to grumble or felt like something was missing.
I honestly can't think of anything negative. Yes I would recommend it to friends and have done, yes I think it's great value for money particularly for the area and yes I'll definitely be booking again for next year!!
Excellent facilities in a lovely site. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with comfy beds, pleasant ambience, highly recommended.
With some trepidation and fearful of internet booking calamities and potential artistic licence in the description we turned up en famille for a couple of weeks, partly to celebrate a milestone anniversary.
Fears were completely unfounded - a most charming and accurately described immaculate villa of which the owners should be justly proud.
I would have no fear of thoroughly recommending this villa as very good value with excellent sunny accommodation.
