This unusually spacious luxury apartment makes an ideal holiday base and comprises:
Spacious lounge with dining area which is beautifully furnished. There are 2 large sofa beds, dining table and 4 chairs. There is an LCD TV with the full UK channels.The lounge opens onto the balcony which overlooks the pool and lake and has superb views to the Marina and town. The balcony enjoys the sun from early morning until late evening.
Master bedroom - very spacious bedroom with full wall of fitted wardrobes. The bedroom has a king size bed and beautiful bedroom furniture.
Main bathroom - newly renovated full size bath, bidet, WC a vanity style wash basin. Excellent over bath shower .
Kitchen - fully equipped modern kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dining table.
Utility Room - external patio utility area with clothes horse and pegs. This is a fully separate area from the main dining and sunbathing patio.
The apartment enjoys its own private internet connection.
These luxury apartments are ideally located within the award winning Lagos Marina. The one bed apartment is in Block D and the two bed in Block E. Unlike all other Marina apartments, this development boasts exclusive free use of a large on-site communal pool and a childrens pool, as well as a children's playground, bumper cars and bumper boats. Around the pool there is a plentiful supply of sun loungers. The apartments are south facing and enjoy views of the pools and lake. A five minute stroll will take you to the water-front where you will find excellent restaurants, bars and shops and a further five minutes will take you across the river footbridge to the many attractions of Lagos town centre. Meia Praia beach is a pleasant 10 minute walk. The apartments are also ideally located to take advantage of a selection of golf courses. The building has a secure video entry system. The one bedroom apartment is also fully south facing and enjoys the sun from early morning until night.
A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking and full payment 8 weeks prior to departure.
In some instances a security deposit may be requested. This will be highlighted at the time of booking.
Changeover day is flexible.

Prices in table are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Quoted pricing includes meet and greet service by our management company and cleaning for arrival and departure. Additional cleaning can be arranged and paid for locally if required. Discounted rate can be negotiated for long term winter lets. Electricity is metered and settled locally for long term winter lets. There will be no maid service provided for discounted winter lets. Maid can be arranged but will be charged locally.
Excellent apartment and lovely complex. Very well maintained and just what you need for a holiday in the sun. The apartment benefits from the sun from mid morning onward's so lovely to sit on the balcony enjoying the view with a glass of wine. Supermarket just around the corner and the marina is just a five minute walk away. Lovely little cafe/bar across the road which is nice away from the hustle and bustle at the marina. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.
This one bed apartment is bright spacious and with everything you need, all the cooking facilities and a washing machine all as described within the listing with a door entry security system for peace of mind .
The top floor property benefits from the sun from midday until dusk great for either sitting on the balcony having a bite to eat or sunbathing on the loungers, alternatively go to the well maintained spotless gardens and pool for one of the many loungers there.
Supermarket is a stones throw away for all your provisions and a leisurely stroll along the marina passes many bars and restaurants before heading into the town itself.
Lagos is a wonderful vibrant town in its own right not just a tourist resort where you can go trips to visit grottos or dolphin spotting with also both a train and bus station, the biggest draw is the spotlessly clean beaches, about four within easy reach and Luz and Burgau further a field.
I would certainly recommend this apartment, some tips, just take one suitcase between two and use the washing machine, take toiletries etc from UK as they are more expensive in Portugal, check out Café Paris across the road for cheap cocktails with a kick.

This is a very nice comfortable modern apartment in a nice position in the new marina which is a very pleasant location, a short and pleasant stroll to the old town (over a pedestrian bridge for short cut).
We've no hesitation recommending this apartment it is as described. Go before end March when it is really good value, we went february and had sun every day, sometimes a little windy but fab for feb!
We spent 11 nights in this superb apartment. Very well maintained, clean and extremely comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony soaking up the sun. Plenty of sunbeds by pool and everyone very friendly around the complex. It's location within Lagos is perfect, supermarket just round the corner, so close to beach, old town and all the many wonderful restaurants. We decided not to hire a car, definitely the right decision, everywhere is so easily accessible by foot, boat, bus or train. We had such a relaxing holiday and would recommend this apartment and Lagos to anyone. Can't wait to be able to go again!
We arrived on the 8.8.14 for a 2 week stay. The apartment is on the top floor (3rd) and is absolutely stunning with a beautiful marina view. It is fully fitted with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave etc so provided for our every need especially as we had a 15 month old baby in tow. All facilities are very modern and in great working condition. There is also a TV in the apartment so you can still keep up to date with the latest news or watch cartoons (for kids). The apartment is situated in a great location, with restaurants just a few minutes walk away (along the marina), a supermarket across the road and the old town just a 10 minute walk away.
The complex itself is lovely, clean, family friendly and nice and quiet in the evening. There are plenty of sunbeds available but failing that, the grass is in great condition to lay on. The Lagos marina is a great place to visit and stay. Lots to do and caters for all ages.
I would 100% visit again staying in this apartment and would highly recommend this apartment to my family, friends and acquaintances. We had a great time here and were sad to come home!!
The apartments are located a 10 min walk from the beautiful golden sands of Meia Praia beach. From the waterfront you can enjoy many day trips and activities including dolphin safaris, diving, para gliding and boat trips to the grottos.
The complex is located 80km from Faro airport and is served by an excellent motorway. Journey time is approx 45 minutes. A private taxi can be arranged for collection at the airport; please ask for details when making a booking. Alternatively, trasfer can be arranged through resorthoppa or yellowfish, both of whom can be found on the internet.
The apartments are ideally located within walking distance of the bus and train station where transport can be found to all of the many attractions of the Algarve, including the water parks, Zoo Marine, Zoo, Algarve shopping centre, Cape de St. Vincent, shops, supermarket, bars. Restaurants and the waterfront 5 mins walk away, golf courses approx 10 mins drive.
The Marina complex is the place to stay to enjoy the many attractions of Lagos. Quality restaurants, bars, shops, a large supermarket and many cafes can be reached within a five minute walk. Car hire is absolutely not required and transfers from the local airport can be arranged at time of booking. The complex benefits from 24 hour security all year and because it is part of the award winning Marina hotel complex, is maintained to an extremely high standard.
