The property is located within the golf complex on the outskirts of Caleta de Fuste. It has two communal pools, one is shallow and suitable for young children. There are poolside shower/toilet facilities, sun beds, parasols and bench seating.

We bought in Las Rocas as we loved the two pools which are in a safe gated area.

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away. It is a safe golden sand beach. Sun beds and umbrellas may be hired on the beach. Within the same area is the commercial centre with a large well-stocked supermarket, banking facilities, and a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The main beach at Caleta de Fuste is approximately 3 km from the golf complex. Windsurfing, jet skies, paragliding etc are available on many of the islands beaches.

Travel:

The airport is less than 10 minutes drive away. There is a free courtesy bus, which runs between the Elba Palace Hotel, the commercial centre and Caleta de Fuste. Car hire is inexpensive and recommended; it offers total flexibility to explore the island and many of its beautiful golden sandy beaches.

Distances:

It is 15 minutes walk to the Atlantico shopping complex. There is a free courtesy bus to the Atlantico and into Caleta de Fuste once an hour from the golf club hotel.

Further Details:

The island has excellent beaches and regular travel to the other Islands. There are a number of good restaurants in Caleta de Fuste offering a variety of cuisine. Our keyholder on the island will do a meet and greet to hand over the keys at the apartment at an agreed time of the day of arrival.

Notes on accommodation: Out of consideration to all guests I would ask that people do not smoke whilst inside the property. If use of the air conditioning is required during your stay, please mention when booking. There is an additional charge. PLEASE NOTE: From 1st January 2018 new rates apply excluding any current bookings. Discounts are available for bookings over 3 weeks and for returning guests. We would ask all guests to remove any rubbish from the apartment on the day of departure. Outside: 124 Las Rocas is a ground floor one-bedroom apartment. There are private gardens to the front and rear of the apartment. The large rear south facing patio is very sheltered and ideal for sunbathing. There is a table and two chairs along with two sun loungers. There is also a large rotary washing line for laundry. On the front patio there is a wooden table and two chairs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / There is plenty of bed linen and towels. Beach towels are also available

Just back from a week long stay in Caleta. Alison's place is the perfect retreat with everything you could possibly wish for with a relaxing break away. The description of the property is spot on. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you!

We had a lovely, relaxing week!

Me and my husband booked this apartment for the week for our first anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the location was. As the images don’t justify it. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need. Alison greeted us at the apartment on arrival and told us everything we needed to know and showed us to the pool area, which has been so quiet this week, we’ve actually had the pool to ourselves most days! The security of the apartment and the pool area made sure we could just relax and not worry about a thing, we’ve already made plans to come back , can’t recommend this place enough!

Quiet,comfy and peaceful retreat

The apartment is everything that the description says and more. Very comfy and spotlessly clean. Great outdoor space to relax.Fantastic spacious pool area.Very quiet residential area. Alison the owner is a very friendly helpful person. We had a fabulous stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Excellent place to stay, exactly as described

Excellent ground floor apartment, lovely gardens, in great quiet location, all mod cons, including fast enough wifi and Sky Tv 👌Fully equipped kitchen so I was easily able to make all meals which was great! I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again

A lovely relaxing stay

My girlfriend and I spent 10 days here while we travelled the island and relaxed in equal measure. Alison sent us lots of info beforehand about the property and how to get there etc and then she met us upon arrival.

After a brief introduction to the place, we were left to our own devices and were thoroughly happy with everything about the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed a good size, the TV modern and great quality and the front and back garden were a good place to relax on downtime days. We paid for air con too, but the cool through breeze meant that on most days it wasn't really necessary, but it was nice to have the option.

We spent a couple of afternoons at the private community pool as well and were amazed at the relative peacefulness of the place. There were always sun loungers available and shade, which was vital on those scorching days.

In the apartment I was also pleased to find little things that came in handy during the trip: books that people had left (we made our contribution), wind breakers and parasols, which were vital on the beach visits, plenty of clothes hangers meaning we could hang ALL our clothes and the odd kitchen food stuff that meant supermarket visits weren't as expensive as they could have been (again we made our contribution to the pot).

All in all we had a great time in Fuerteventura, aided principally by comfortable and convenient accommodation. I doubt I'll re-visit the island but I'd have no hesitation in recommending Alison's apartment for anyone who chooses to do so and requires a quiet, relaxing and hassle-free place to stay.

Booking Notes:
Please e-mail or phone me on the contact details below to confirm availability for the dates required. When a booking is confirmed the dates will be held until a deposit of £50 is received. The balance will need to be paid at least six weeks prior to departure. For last minute bookings payment can be paid upon arrival when collecting the keys or made by bank transfer.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible, but most flights from the UK tend to be either Wednesday or Saturday. If you have a late departure and need a late check out, please mention this at the time of booking.

Notes on prices:
We would welcome long term lets and would offer a discounted price for 3 weeks or longer.

A deposit of £50 is required to secure dates with the balance due six weeks prior to the holiday.
New rats apply to all new bookings for 2018. Also the use of aircon incurs a charge of £30 per week.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
