The location is ideally suited to families with small children during the peak season, and is a relaxing location for couples at other times. It is well served by over 40 restaurants and shops located at Son Bou, at the bottom of the hill. The gardens are well laid out with two pools in the complex for the exclusive use of residents. On a clear day the island of Majorca is visible from the south facing terrace.

Appartment well located in a quiet residence, at Son Bou, ideal for a family with children.
Apartment with two bedrooms (1 bed for 2 in one, two singles in the second.) Not to hot during the day, bedrooms are not exposed directly to the sun, Everything needed is provided, otherwise local manager can help you.
Coast/Beach: The beach of Son Bou, the longest on the island is about 10 minutes walk away at the bottom of the hill. It consists of soft white sand and is perfect for beach lovers. Travel: Approx. 20 minutes from Mahon airport. We suggest that you hire a car for collection on arrival at the airport. We can arrange this for you, at a competitive rate. Although not essential, a car is well worthwhile to enable you to explore the whole of the island. Nowhere on the island is more than an hours drive away. The road system on the island is very easy to follow, making it simple for anyone who has never driven abroad. Distances: The nearest town is Alaoir, a small historical town which has many interesting shops and restuarants. The two main towns of Mahon and Cuitadella are well worth a visit. Many things of interest at both of these. Further Details: The nearest shops are situated behind the San Valentin hotel, about 5 minutes walk away. The shops and restuarants are about 10 minutes walk down the hill. Please note that the owners are non smokers and we request that you observe our no smoking rule within the apartment.

Booking Notes: We recommend that insurance is taken out. In the event of cancellation, all monies paid will be forfeited. However, if we are able to re-let the property, we will refund all monies recovered less a handling charge of £30 per week. Changeover Day: Ideally a Saturday changeover is preferred during the July/Aug peak season. Any other time, totally flexible. 10/11 day lettings also possible to fit in with existing bookings. Please inquire for rates. Notes on prices: Prices are per week in UK Pounds. Discounts available for bookings of 2 weeks or more, or for 2 person occupancy during early/late season. We also accept payment in Euros please contact for details.
