Fully equipped as all-year 'home from home' property, which is owned outright, so rest assured nothing will come between you and your holiday. One king-size double with two twin bedrooms, living room with two sofas, internet and WS-TV. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. Air conditioning in each of the bedrooms and the living room.
Two bathrooms, one en-suite with walk-in shower, one with bath, both with sink and W.C.

About Derek or Mandy Maddison
My wife and I first went to Nerja eighteen years ago and decided 'this is for us'. Although we now own three properties in the Burriana area (all on the Owners Direct site), we are not travel or rental agents, we run them privately as our long-term pension fund. We hope to retire out there someday, in the meantime we maintain and look after them as anyone would their own home.

We recently returned from our stay at this apartment, (the photos don't do it justice), it's a lovely apartment, well equipped with everything you need also a good sized balcony with great views. Any questions we had were answered promptly by Derek, (the owner) and also by their agent in Nerja (Phil). The apartment was clean and spacious, linen and towels were changed once a week. Burriana beach is 7mins walk (downhill which might be difficult walking back for anyone with mobility problems), the town is around 15mins walk (part of which is slightly uphill), this wasn't a problem for us as we enjoy walking and the scenery was worth it. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would certainly stay there again if visiting Nerja, also it was very good value. Is close to a large supermarket and Nerja Club Hotel and Spa which has entertainment most nights and offer a good buffet dinner for 12 Euro pp.
We're very pleased to hear back when our guests have had a good time. The apartment is very well situated for all local facilities and for Burriana, the main beach. Nerja is hilly, so it's difficult to avoid the up and downs, however, if you don't mind walking, it's a wonderful 'all year' resort. We look forward to hearing from Ms Gibson, if at any time she visits Nerja in the future.
Fantastic Well Equiped Apartment
Just returned form our stay in Nerja.. our visit made much more pleasant with staying at this fully equipped apartment just 5 minutes from Burianna beach. The gated private pool is very handy for a dip to cool off and the evenings sipping wine on the large balcony made it a memorable stay. Would defo recommend this apartment.
To top it all off the communication from the owners was very clear and fast responses always!

Our south-west facing balcony is ideal for the sun, taking advantage of Nerja's 320 days of sunshine each year. The pool is well maintained and secure from outsiders, so it never gets crowded, even in high season. We keep the apartment (and our second apartment nearby) very well equipped as 'home from home'. Although they sleeps six, we're happy to offer discounts for reduced occupancy and prices tailored for any length of stay. We always respond quickly, thanks partly to 'Owners Direct' text alert system.
It is a seven minute walk down to Burriana Beach, the largest and most popular in the resort. Approximately fifteen minutes walk to the main part of town. The nearest shopping facility is a big supermarket five minutes away.
Malaga is the nearest airport, about 35 miles or 50 minutes drive, with motorway access to within a mile of the town centre. A car might be useful, especially if you intend to explore the area, but it is not essential.
Well worth a visit is Frigiliana, about five miles away, a restored Moorish mountain village. Nearby is the restored 'lost' hamlet of Acebuchal, originally abandoned in 1948. The fishing village of Maro and the Nerja Caves are just two miles away. For those of a cultural disposition, perhaps a trip to the Picasso Museum in Malaga or two hours from Granada and the famous Alhambra Palace.
A very popular resort, readily accessible from Malaga and its international airport. Nestling on the foothills of the mountains, the old town, with its narrow vehicle restricted cobbled streets, offers a more relaxed holiday from that found in the more fashionable resorts of the Costa del Sol. With small picturesque bays, the famous 'Balcon de Europa' promenade, numerous small shops, bars and restaurants, plus its wonderful all year round climate, Nerja has something for everyone, especially families and the more mature holidaymaker.

Any day arrival or departure, subject to negotiation and existing bookings. Arrival time normally 4pm, departure 10am. Times are flexible if there is not a same-day changeover. Reduced rates for bookings over two weeks. Notes on prices: Prices shown are for the property, not per person. Extra days pro-rata the weekly rate. One cot and high chair included free of charge. Extra cot £25 p.w. We accept debit and credit card payments via the secure online facility on our own website, giving UK guests financial security under the 1974 Consumer Credit Act.
