Renovated in 2012, a really lovely villa located in the prestigious Las Cumbres-Elviria urbanisation with outstanding sea and mountain views.

Two sea facing terraces serving as the ultimate dining and lounging location, conveniently located off the kitchen and lounge through wide aspect glass doors.

The stunningly modern open-plan top floor lounge offers double aspect east - south - west views from dawn to dusk.

From a Top floor double en-suite , winding down the chandelier lit staircase to 3 further bedrooms, all en-suite, all sleeping two, with a choice of bath or shower room, and all having direct access to the pool area.

About Simon Rogers

Unable to afford this villa alone a group of us from Dorset, England decided to share the costs.

This enabled us 'to go the extra mile' in securing a property in an established (40 year) urbanisation. This gives the feeling of living in a 'home' rather than a purpose built complex.

Close to a beach and amenities, and with a sea view were other criteria which we were fortunate enough to find.

A 'welcome book' gives you helpful guidance on arrival, but please give me a ring if you wish and I will be happy to discuss everything and anything with you prior to and/or after booking.

Why Simon Rogers chose Marbella area

We loved everything about this villa when we were looking to acquire. We had a few points on our wish-list and this property had it all. We all still get that WOW feeling that we have always had, even more so now that our glass floor to ceiling improvements have enhanced the views through 180 degrees.

Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning system offers cooling and heating. Free wi-fi range extends to the whole property including the pool area. Security benefits include window shutters, alarm and safe. Various services and extra items eg cots, high chairs, meet & greet etc are available on request. Outside: The villa has lovely terraced patio areas, decking and a garden. Upper south facing terrace is furnished with 8 placed table and chairs together with a ratan lounge area for ultimate relaxation overlooking the mediterranean. Lower south facing terrace is furnished with teak table and chairs. The pool is approximately 9 x 4 metres and has great sunbathing areas all round with 8 sun loungers. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying facilities. A seperate fridge freezer for excess wine, beer, soft drink bottles cooled storage. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bathroom towels and linen are included, property is cleaned on changeover and towels and linen changed. A mid-stay clean, laundry change is available at extra charge on request. Beach/pool towels are supplied. Other: Games room with full size pool table and TV (freeview). A seperate WC is located on the top floor. A central marble staircase leads down to Bedrooms 2,3,4 and back door access to the pool, garden, and decking areas

Fantastic villa in lovely area

We stayed at Villa Mediterraneo again as we had enjoyed it so much two years ago. As soon as we arrived we remembered why we liked it so much the first time.

The villa is immaculately presented with modern, contemporary fittings and all the luxuries you are likely to need yet still has a homely feel about it. It also benefits from an ‘upside down’ design where the living area and kitchen are on the upper floor and this provides great views down to the sea.

It’s situated in an upmarket, quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the bars and restaurants of Elviria and only a 10 minute drive to Marbella.

My daughter and her fiancée joined us half way through the holiday and were still talking about how fantastic the villa is long after we got back home. This is a lovely place to stay and the owners obviously take great pride in their property. We’ll definitely be back!

A stunning Villa & fabulous holiday.

This villa is absolutely stunning & has that real wow factor upon arrival.

It is modern, beautifully furnished & decorated with everything you need & more.

The villa was immaculately clean as was the pool.

The view from the outside area is amazing & you simply do not want to ever leave this place.

Great location, walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops & the beach but if you choose to go by taxi, they're incredibly reliable too.

The owners have thought of absolutely everything, with a guest guide full of all the information you could possibly need.

I have already recommended this villa to friends & family & will definitely be booking again for next summer.

Overall a fantastic holiday in an amazing villa. The perfect place to sit back, relax, open a bottle of wine & chill.

Another amazing holiday at this beautiful villa

Have just returned from our fifth visit to this stunning villa and it never disappoints. The villa has everything you could wish for to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The furniture and décor are new and contemporary and the villa is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The views and local area are beautiful with the beach only about a 10 minute walk away. The are plenty of bars and restaurants all within walking distance and lots of places of interest to visit if you can tear yourself away from the stunning villa and pool. I can't wait for visit number six.

A truly stunning location and villa

To celebrate my mother's 60th Birthday we decided to do something very special and booked this villa in Elviria for a week. The location has some of the most beautiful views of both the sea and mountains and the local area has a great choice of restaurants and shops with the beach a short walk away. The villa itself is very sleek, modern and so well kitted out with everything that we could have wanted so we were all very impressed. All of the bedrooms were stunning with beautiful en-suite bathrooms and we found the beds very comfortable. We had such a fantastic week in this amazing villa and will definitely be looking to book again for next year.

11 out of 10! Spectacular!!!!!

This villa is the best accommodation we have ever had! We have been to this part of Spain for the last 10 years and this was the best place we have stayed!

From walking in the front door we all said 'wow'! it's was immaculately clean, decorated beautifully and very well maintained.

I am the fussiest,hard to please person when it comes to hotels/apartments etc and I could not say anything negative about this property.

The service we received from the management company plus the owner was first class and nothing was too much trouble.

The only thing I could say was that we didn't stay longer!

There was so much space and staying around the villa was a pleasure as the pool area was wonderful and the living area/bedrooms were so comfortable, our daughter loved the games room when she was fed up of the sun and overall it suited us all as a family.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is normally Saturday. Departing guests are requested to vacate the property by 11.00 am. Arriving guests can take occupancy after 3.00 pm.

Notes on prices:
Last minute discount of 10% when booked less than 4 week of arrival.
Early bird discount of 5% when booked over 6 months prior to arrival.
Neither of the discounts above apply for the following pricing periods:
11/02/17-17/02/17, 08/04/17-21/04/17, 27/05/17-02/06/17, 15/07/17-09/09/17, 21/10/17-27/10/17.

Firstly, a deposit needs to be received to secure the booking.
The amount of the 'secure booking deposit' and whether part is refundable depends on how far in advance the booking is made.
The accommodation balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. At the same time a 'damage deposit' of £250 is requested, which will be repaid 10 days after departure upon satisfactory check by the agents.
