This luxury two Bedroom Condominium is in a new building located in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. The building is particularly well-located--just three short blocks from the beach and one block from the awesome Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue) shopping and restaurant outdoor mall. There is a courtyard pool with a sun deck within the condominium complex. The building has 24 hour security. (It is NOT a time-share building. The condominiums are all fully-owned.) Kitchen newly renovated. New full size clothes washer and dryer, furniture, and linens.
The condominium and building are modern and contain many amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It is furnished in a tropical style with Indonesian and other wood furniture and oriental rugs. There are two ample bedrooms with built-in closet space. The guest bedroom contains two twin beds (air mattress also available). The master bedroom contains a new king bed. The floors throughout the unit are tile; the kitchen has granite countertops; and the bathrooms are done in stone and marble tile. There are small balconies off the living room and master bedroom. All rooms contain ceiling fans and air-conditioning units.
The unit has Cable TV, Broadband Internet, secured WIFI, and 32' flat screen TV and DVD player. The is a General Electric washer and dryer in the separate laundry area. In the kitchen you will find all appliances, including a Bosch stove/oven, an LG refrigerator, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot and cold water dispenser. Wal-Mart and Mega shopping centers are only 3 blocks away from the condominium. SAM's Club and a large indoor shopping mall are a 5 minute taxi ride away.
Playa Del Carmen is located just 40 minutes South of Cancun and offers miles of clean white sand and turquoise waters, great restaurants and shopping without the towering hotels and crowds of tourists. Playa Del Carmen offers many great opportunities to relax, as well as opportunities to explore and learn. For those who want to pass the day in the sun, there are miles of white sandy beach and turquoise waters just down the street. If you did not bring your own chairs and umbrella, there are numerous 'Beach Clubs' where you can rent a chaise and an umbrella for a few dollars a day. From your chair, you can order meals and beverages throughout the day. Should you wish to snorkel, dive, kayak, or engage in many other water sports, you can book those activities at one of the many dive shops located on the beach and nearby. For those who wish to relax with a massage, massage services are available at most of the 'Beach Clubs.' There are also spas on Quinta Avenida where you can book your favorite treatments.
For those who prefer to shop and eat, Playa Del Carmen's Quinta Avenida has upscale boutiques selling clothing, decorative items, jewelry, and many other things. The restaurants are varied in terms of price and type of food: Mexican, Thai, Italian, Argentine and Japanese, and many other types of food (including seafood, healthy salads and smoothies).
For the golf enthusiast, Playacar's spectacular 18-hole golf course are just minutes away by taxi. For those who prefer the fitness center, there is a brand-new one with weights, cardio equipment, and yoga and exercise classes a short walk from the Condominium which allows guests to pay for day or week passes. There are also yoga classes nearby. Bikes are also for rent in Playa Del Carmen for those who wish to explore the area and nearby Playacar on two wheels.
Many tour companies operate in Playa Del Carmen and offer tours to the nearby Mayan ruins of Tulum, Coba, and Chichen-Itza. Snorkeling and diving tours at Cozumel (30 minutes by ferry), Akumal (15 minutes), Xel-Ha (35 minutes), XPLOR and Xcaret (10 minutes) are also available. Trips to swim with the dolphins at Puerto Aventuras (10 minutes) are also popular. For those who wish to see more of the Yucatan, there are also overnight tours to Merida (three to four hours) and the ruins of Uxmal.
If you wish to learn Spanish, several companies offer group and private lessons; Some offer Spanish classes in the morning followed by scuba lessons in the afternoons.

Location, location, location - our condo is centrally located for best access to what Playa del Carmen has to offer.
Playa del Carmen is centrally located in the Yucatan and our place is centrally located in Playa del Carmen. Condo is clean, modern and spacious with natural lighting in all rooms.
This was our second two week stay at this condo. To start, the owner Walter is very easy to work with and very accommodating. The property manager on site Liza is there for any need you may have during your stay. It is in a very secure location with 24 hour security. It is a very well maintained gated community. It is one block from 5th avanue and two very easy blocks to wonderful beaches. The pool and grounds are simply amazing. The only downside is..... Having to leave. I highly recommend this condo for your next holiday. My family and I will be counting the days until our next stay.
My family stayed for a month in March/April 2016 and it was very happy with the condo. A great location with 5th Avenue just steps away. 5 minute walk to Wal Mart or Mega, OXXO for groceries and supplies or to catch a collectivo to other destinations. Very well updated, everything you need if you want to cook at home or go to the beach! Great pool/lounge area that the little kids enjoyed every afternoon. Everyone from Walter, Liz (the manager) and Marcelo helped make our stay amazing and easygoing! A safe secure place to call home if you want to enjoy all that Playa has to offer whether it's your first or 15th time. Looking forward to coming back soon!
My family and I stayed in this condo for two weeks in August. It felt like our home away from home. It's very well maintained, updated and close to everything. The property is very secure and we never felt unsafe at anytime. The pool and grounds are simply perfect. Walter, the owner, was very easy to work with as well and we had no problems. We hope to return one day soon!
