Street location a bit busy w speedy traffic so watch w kids.
Quaint and perfect location!
This is a very special and up-dated home which is so close to downtown. The back deck has a wonderful view. We recommend parking on the street because the parking space in the back is very tight. Super clean and many bedrooms. My family wants to come back!
Warm and cozy!
Our dinner club stayed at the cottage for our annual get away and we enjoyed the house, especially the location! The house was rather small for our group especially the kitchen as we like to all cook and we were in each others way, but we made it work.
A few of things to improve: 2 ply toilet paper, a shower in the first floor bathroom and having shower wash & shampoo in the bathrooms would have been nice. We all assume that these items would have been provided.
Otherwise, we thought the house had everything else we needed.
Great location and quaint place
This was a lovely cottage property, and we enjoyed it. It was well appointed, although there was no soap, shampoo, or paper towels, so be aware and plan accordingly. The location and proximity to downtown was really good. The living space is very nice but a bit cramped if you have more than 4 people (we had 6 adults). Overall, it was very pleasant.
Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry you ran out of supplies, there is plenty of soap and paper towels in the hall closet. Next time, please call if you need anything!
Great place to stay for Hood River experience!
The house is neat and clean and inviting. Plenty of bed linens and bath towels. Air conditioner was a nice feature for the time we were there because it got really hot during the day. Located nice walking distance to restaurants and shops. Amy was very responsive to questions and made us feel welcome.
Wonderful downtown Hood River experience
We really enjoyed our stay. The decor was nice, the location was hard to beat, and the service was excellent. From this location you can walk anywhere downtown Hood River. I would gladly stay here again and will likely be back.
