About Derek Dang
I live in the lower mainland with my family. My wife is a avid skiier as are my children. I'm a skier by default, but we all love the Whistler village and area. A superb getaway destination that has all nature has to offer with a urban sophisitication.
Derek Dang purchased this Condo in 2005
Why Derek Dang chose Whistler
Our family enjoys all the different outdoor amenities whether it's skiing, mountain biking, festivals, hiking, canoeing, golf or just kicking about! Lots of dining options and an air of casual fun!
What makes this Condo unique

Perfect location for the price and everything we needed. Good restaurants and shops few feet away.
This was our first trip to Whistler and found our way around very easily from this ideal location. Our grandson went to snowboard school at Blackcomb and now wants to make this an annual event. Our son and daughter in law skiied and my husband and I tried out snow shoes at Olympic park. All the restaurants we tried were excellent as was the daily ice cream. Would highly recommend this place. Decor is a little outdated but quickly overlooked.
Comfortable appartment at good location
Comfortable appartment for four people at good location. Only downside was some noise disturbance from snowplows at 6 AM
In the Heart of the Wonderful British Columbia Mountains
This 2 bd/2bth condo is centrally located in the middle of the main town with room to enjoy dinner and relax on the balcony, enjoying the action from the sixth floor. Derek was extremely helpful and responsive, always available to answer questions. With the washer/dryer, no need to pack a ton of clothing and the wireless is fast for staying in contact. Parking is extra ($15/day), and tiny as others reported - try to leave the SUV at home!
Great place in the village
This is a great place in the village, close to everything, clean and was perfect for our Christmas vacation.
Loved the window seat
A clean and welcoming apartment in a good location. We loved the window seat! It could use a little re-touching but, for the price, it was a good deal.
Great value and location
This is a tremendous value: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen--right in the heart of the Village. The condo has wireless, TV, a DVD player, washer/dryer, a room air conditioner, and the owner communicates promptly and efficiently. He even helped us out when my husband left behind some clothing in the nightstand by having his cleaning team locate and send the items. The only real downside for us was the loud party folks outside our window all four nights, and especially on the weekends. A set of earplugs helped, but the noise was still pretty loud, even as late as 3:30 a.m. on Saturday night. We had left our window open for fresh air, so I would suggest running the room air conditioner, instead. All in all, a really great value and perfect location.
