We are proud, new owners of this beautiful condo and are honored to have the opportunity to share it with you! From the moment you enter, you will be mesmerized by the panoramic gulf view through 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows! From peaceful, early morning sunrises to colorful, evening sunsets you will enjoy days filled with sand, sea and making memories.

Kitchen-open, spacious with pantry and fully equipped with everything you'll need

Master bedroom-features floor to ceiling gulf water view, king size bed, 42" flat screen TV, attached bath

Guest bedroom- one queen bed, one full bed, flat screen TV, attached bath

Washer/Dryer, cable and wireless internet provided

Suntide III offers a large outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, heated indoor pool and hot tub, 2 tennis courts, basketball hoops, private boardwalk to beach, gated parking.

Suntide III has on site reservations, management, maintenance staff and cleaning staff. Front desk is staffed 24 hours. This ensures your every need will be taken care of during your stay!

We can't wait to return!!!

Had a great time in Condo 710 and will definitely be back! The panoramic ocean views were fantastic and we enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony every morning. The condo is nicely decorated, is spacious and has everything you need. Staff and management were friendly and helpful. We liked being able to rent chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We hated to leave and can't wait for our next beach trip!

Loved it

The room was beautiful and had lots of space for activity. It was great to be able to walk out to the beach every morning then sit in the hot tub or heated pool. Thelma was wonderful at the front desk, she was very helpful. I would definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay, the condo was amazing!

We were prepared to go out to Brownsville to sightsee. The condo had the most incredible views and an amazing balcony! Even our teenagers didn’t want to leave the condo. We are already planning our stay next year. Totally loved it!

Wonderful location and staff

We loved our condo. It comfortably accommodated six adults. I would stay again and recommend this site for others. We did note some minor cosmetic repairs that are needed, but overall very satisfied. The staff and the pool area were lovely. He unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to Hurricane Harvey. Again, the staff were professional and helpful. The location can't be beat with unobstructed ocean views. Parking is limited and tight.

My stay in condo 710 was wonderful. I never got tired of the beautiful panoramic view.

This was our first annual golf and beach trip at South Padre! What a wonderful staff Suntide III has. They were very helpful and friendly. Condo 710 had everything our hearts desired. We will be back soon!

Beautiful condo

What a beautiful condo with breathtaking views. We comfortably fit 8. Kitchen is fully equipped with anything and everything you can possibly need. The staff were very helpful and our children were able to enjoy their vacation with all the ammentities.

Cleaning Fee $90

We are pleased to have your business and will work hard to make your stay especially pleasant. All units are individually owned and furnished. Each unit will have the "necessary" skillets, pans, sharp knives, and of course the standard dishes and silverware. If standard items are not in unit please advise the front desk and we will try to get it as quickly as possible. If any item over and above the "necessary" items are required, consider bringing those items with you. Owners and management take pride in the furnishings of each unit and the service provided by the staff. In the unlikely event of a maintenance issue, such as an appliance or air conditioner failure, be assured that repairs/replacement will be made as quickly as possible

A few reminders:
1. Pets are not allowed in the units or on the complex.
2. All occupants must be 21 years old or must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Check in starts at 4:00 P.M.
4. Check out is not later than 10:00 A.M.
5. We have limited inside covered parking. We ask everyone to only park one (1) vehicle inside when available and one (1) outside. Large trucks, SUV's, trailers, etc. need to be parked outside at all times. NO BOATS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY! ONLY 2 VEHICLES ALLOWED PER CONDO!
6. Items to bring for stays beyond 30 days. You will need to bring your own beach towels, toiletries, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters). We provide each unit with the first set of complimentary toilet paper and paper towels.

Cancellations made outside of 14 days will get a full refund minus $25.00 administration fee.
Inside of 14 days guest will forfeit one third of the rent.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
