Hiking, biking, snowmobiling, cross county skiing, rock climbing, and much more. Just sit back and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine!!!
Bozeman has excellent restaurants and recreation for you and your family to enjoy.
We grew up on the Oregon coast. Decided to take an adventure to Montana in 1972, and we didn't leave! Although we still love the ocean in Newport, Montana has become our home. We have four daughters, all married and family of their own. Three girls live nearby, and the oldest is in Florida. Also a great place for us to visit! We built the bungalow for her originally. Then, when she married and moved we decided to make the bungalow a vacation rental. We block the dates when the family visits so she can still come 'home'. It has been wonderful meeting great guests; some returning each year!
Reta purchased this house in 2005
We feel the setting is amazing. It is very quiet, and a wonderful place to relax from the stresses of a more populated area. Not having street lights, the sky alone puts on an amazing show nightly! Some guests have told us they haven't seen the stars before since they live in a large city!
You can enjoy the most incredible sun rises over the Bridgers, and the sunsets are breathtaking. Enjoying the quiet and relaxing under the stars in the hot tub is incredible. The quiet, enjoying the songbirds, and just relaxing are top priority!
Our family of 4 (including a 6yr old and 6month old) had the most amazing Christmas vacation here! The bungalow was in the perfect location - close to the airport, town and restaurants, but far enough away to feel relaxed and enjoy the great outdoors.
Reta and Adrian were wonderful to work with - answering all my questions very quickly - and the house was just as described. The house was very clean and well appointed with enough towels, bedding, kitchen ware, and laundry facilities. We had a great time sledding right outside our doorstep and even enjoyed a bbq grilled dinner one evening.
Can't say enough about the house, location, and owners!! We can't wait to return!!
My sister and I have been staying here for years ~ the place is lovely comfortable and off of the beaten path ~ we look at it as our place in Belgrade ~ Reta and her husband are great hosts.
Our family of 4. 2 adults, 2 kids thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
This trip was returning to MT to visit family. The location was quiet and perfect. Just far enough out of town to enjoy the beautiful mountains by day and the big starry skies at night yet close enough to town if you need anything. The hot tub was an added bonus for sure.
This home is well designed and well kept. You can tell a lot of thought and personal touches went into it. My husband built our home so we can appreciate that. I would love him to build us something similar someday to share with family and friends. We had our privacy and good communication with the owner. They were easy to work with and great hosts. Thank you!!!
This three-story house is about 20 minutes outside of Bozeman. It is located on a country road in a peaceful setting. The bottom floor is the garage/laundry room, the second floor is the main floor of the house with one bedroom and full bath and the third floor has the second bedroom and half-batch. The views from the porch and the outdoor hot tub were ideal for watching sunsets/sunrises. The house was comfortable, had everything we needed, satellite tv, dvd player, some books and games. The house is only a few miles from Bozeman's airport. The house is only a few miles from Belgrade, a small town with restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc. so you can eat and shop without having to go into Bozeman.
I would definitely stay here again when visiting Bozeman.
The only warning is that if you have difficulty with stairs, then this might not be the best place for you.
My son and I stayed at the bungalo while he attended a football camp at Montana State in Bozeman. It was an easy 25 min drive to MSU. The bungalo is very well kept, clean, and comfortable. My son enjoyed the loft area and it was nice for us to each have our own room. I was able to make breakfast each day, kitchen had everything we needed.
The views from every window are just incredible. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and soaking in the hot tub under the Big Sky. Drove on some nearby country roads and saw deer and pronghorns.
Had an amazing dinner at The Mint in Belgrade, best ribeye Ive ever had. Had dinner in Bozeman at Montana Ale Works, also very good! Try the bison burger.
We took a day trip to Yellowstone. The bungalo is equal distances to the West and North entrances. We entered from the West and left from the North. It was about 1.5 hours to each entrance. Our day was 12 hours for the whole trip but we were able to see much more of the park than we anticipated.
If youre in the Bozeman area, this is a great place to stay! Would fit up to 4 comfortably. Foos ball table in garage. Washer/dryer. Nice selection of books and movies.
My only recommendation would be to have wifi available, but cell service was good and I was able to do what I needed for work using my hotspot.
My husband and I stayed at the Bridger View Bungalow in October while we visited our son who lives in Bozeman. It was such a beautiful spot, so peaceful and quiet. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch and the hot tub were spectacular. The home is very nicely appointed with super comfy beds, plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, nice size washer & dryer, large gas grill, games, movies, books, etc. It is only 10 minutes away from the Bozeman airport and 25 minutes from Main Street in Bozeman so it is very conveniently located. Adrian and Reta had the house ready and waiting for us upon our arrival and even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. It is a great spot to truly unwind, relax and enjoy Montana's beauty. We hope to stay at the Bridger View Bungalow again.
Fishing access is close by. The Gallatin river is only a mile away. Headwaters of the Missouri at Three Forks only minutes away.
