Fantastic vacation property!
Diamond Dale is a wonderful vacation home. The peaceful setting in the meadows of Boxelder creek in the heart of the Black Hills provides for a serene setting to relax with friends or family. The log home is decorated nicely and stocked with all the amenities you’ll need for a stay ranging from a few days or a couple of weeks. Highly recommend it!
The cabin is spacious and very well stocked! My family and I enjoyed our time and would definitely come back!
Beauty, Peace and Quiet and Cleanliness!!
Definitely one of the nicest vacations we have had with our family and this cabin was the difference maker. My family spent five days in the Black Hills with my brothers family (eight total people). Room-wise we could have had another family of four with us. This cabin is designed perfectly for multiple families to share the space. We found it to be a very central location and were able to easily travel to and from our daily destinations within the Black Hills. I highly recommend this cabin location if you are wanting to hike right out the front door and immediately be in terrain where you are able to see deer and elk (I was lucky to see a herd of Elk and also five mountain goats!). Our kids spent hours sledding down the hill located right outside the cabin where we could sit and watch them. Bathrooms, kitchen area, bedrooms and living spaces were all very clean and decorated very well-it really made us feel at home so we were able to relax and get away from the fast paced world.
If you are looking to get away and relax I highly recommend this location!!
We had an awesome time
We just got home from an amazing trip to Sturgis 2015! The house was perfect for our group of 14. The cabin was comfortable, quiet and just beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee makers etc... It's between deadwood and sturgis perfect for our bike group. We would book this home on our next trip to sturgis and the black hills!
Beautiful and spacious cabin
7 kids and 6 adults invaded and had a wonderful time with this cabin as our home base! Really warm when we arrived (no AC) but cooled quickly and no need for that! The hot tub was enjoyed by all, fantastic kitchen with plenty of pots and pans. Beds were comfy with more than enough room! Trails nearby, a creek to explore, gorgeous scenery! Emailed the property manager with a quick response-can't ask for anything better than that! It is off the beaten path but that's exactly what we wanted! Would book again if in the area :)
Just what we needed
This place was Amazing! We had 12 people stay in the cabin, we all felt like we had room and weren't always on top of each other. It was clean and well kept. My whole family hopes to go back. It was the relaxing place we needed. As our kids get older it will only get better.
Hiking, Snowmobiling, Golfing, Birdwatching, Antiques, Sledding all within minutes of this newer log home
