Villefranche-sur-Mer. One of a kind, large modern (ground floor) one bedroom apartment with wrap-around terraces overlooking the Bay of Villefranche, the Mediterranean and St. Jean Cap Ferrat. Enjoy breakfast, dinner and entertaining in the beautiful garden surrounded by the palm and citrus trees, roses, lavender, hydrangeas and bouganvillier, and romantic evenings in the starlit garden. Within easy walking distance of the still authentic fishing village of old Villefranche-sur-Mer, its ports, shops, restaurants and beaches. Close to the colorful outdoor market of Beaulieu, the spectacular hilltop village of Eze, the glamour of Monte Carlo, the cultural diversity of Nice, the rich constellation of museums and only a short drive to Italy. The living area has beautiful artwork and view of the garden and sea. There is a fully-equipped open kitchen and dining area, and the bathroom has a full ceramic tub w/enclosed shower. The bedroom has a new King size bed and a luxurious bathroom. There is also a dishwasher, washer/dryer, air conditioning and WIFI. In addition to the abundant garden plantings, the outside area includes a small breakfast table on one patio, a large dining table and an antique bed for afternoon siestas on the side terrace. On the building's property, there is a large quiet pool surrounded by fragrant, flowering plants. We added sliding screen doors and a fabulous King size bed this year to make your visit even more enjoyable. We invite you to share our magical piece of paradise.

Did we say romance? Yes, the garden and the view are just fantastic. The apartment is pretty good, too, but in Villefranche one spends more time outside than inside. Eating breakfast in the garden, lunch with some rose wine on the large patio, hors d'oeuvres before dinner in the garden with a glass of Champagne, or maybe a candlelight dinner in the garden. Yes the pictures are true.
Two separate bathrooms. One with a tub and shower and the other with an open glass shower with a view of the sea. A new king size bed to enjoy after a great day on the Cote d'Azur.
