All days left in July and August 3 night minimum $150 per night. Complete quality remodel with large kitchen and spa bathroom in small quiet building. This is definitley a five star experience. Travertine marble floors through out including spa shower, new cabinets, new windows, white stone countertops, washer dryer, Kohler fixtures and sinks. Brand new high quality Cal King Sealy Posterpedic bed.

Modern fans, new lighting and 42 inch Smart TV in living room and flat screen in bedroom. Light and fresh color pallet. Done by Top San Francisco Designer with quality furniture and a tropical modern design accented with beautiful art and organic elements. Careful attention to detail bed coverings and accessories. Recently repainted and floors refurbished. Property shows like brand new. Enjoy washer and dryer in the dwelling along with fully equipped kitchen.

Feel very natural, serene and Zen while viewing the most incredible full on ocean view including the Islands of Molokai and Lanai. Be prepared for fabulous sunsets, schools of dolphins, turtles, whale watching while experiencing the calming sounds of the sea and tropical breezes.

What makes this condo unique

All my properties have been remodeled with the intent of creating a dwelling that is in sync with the feeling of Old Hawaii I experienced as a child. I want my guests to feel serene and part of the community during their stay in my property.

I have rented and stayed in this unit many times and agree with all the 5 Star reviews. The unit is exactly as the pictures and it is freshly painted with either new furniture or impeccably quality furniture that is perfectly maintained. I noted recent review stating the bed is uncomfortable and I have had a completely different experience and find it very comfortable. I am a repeat customer and Cherise and Hedy have responded to my every need and both have outrageous customer service skills and follow up. Staying in this unit is one of the highlights of all my travel experiences.

Three Night Stay in July

This condo has many great features. It is very close to the main drag in Lahaina (a 20 minute walk down Front St or a quick drive), it is right on the water and have a gorgeous view, it includes parking and a pool, and it's well furnished with a nice balcony.

There are also several elements that took away from our stay. It is hot - no AC and the windows face the afternoon sun. It is loud - because you have to have the windows open for air the waves thunder in all night, plus the wall behind the headboard is paper thin and faces the street which is busy all night long.

My wife and I enjoyed being in Lahaina and the convenience of this condo but we also didn't sleep very well due to the heat and noise.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your input and I am sorry it did not meet all your expectations. The property is not advertised as having air conditioning, however we have brand new sun shades, tropical breezes, and ample fans. Electrical in Maui is very expensive and most units in my class of property are much more expensive if they have air conditioning due to the cost of electricity to run air conditioners. The property is ocean front and therefor situated on a road that runs along the water as most ocean front properties in Maui do. The road is lively during the day however is not busy after 9pm for the most part. Lahaina and Maui in general overall rolls up early. The building is a solid concrete building built in the 1970's with very thick solid concrete walls not paper thin. Walls are well over a foot thick and thicker. It is on the water and yes it does face the sun with fabulous sunsets and those waves (depending on the weather) at times can come crashing in, most people love them. This guest enjoyed the reduced summer-off season pricing. If you are extremely sensitive to sunsets, wave action, some noise, warm air, this building would not be for you.

Once inside the condo it is if you stepped into a luxury yacht. Hedy was wonderful to work with.

Could it be any closer to the ocean?

We stayed in Maui for our anniversary from May 7th through the 14th, 2016. We really appreciated the communication from Hedy prior to our arrival and her responsiveness to our questions. The condo was on the north side of Lahania, on Front Street. For our purposes, it was a great location for all our activities - beach time, golfing, shopping and eating. The condo itself was fabulous. The ocean views from the kitchen and living room surpassed our expectations. Truly the views were unobstructed. The sunsets were glorious. We used the patio table and area for breakfast. The decor was soothing, the condo clean and had all the amenities we needed. We utilized the snorkel gear, the boogie board and the cooler, which were thoughtfully in the condo for use. The washer and dryer allowed us to pack lightly. All the appliances worked great. The Wifi had a strong signal. The booklet with the restaurant information was invaluable - we concur that Mala is a great restaurant. It was quiet, which was great for sleep. We would highly recommend this condo. We had a wonderful time, with great accommodations and made lots of memories. Greg and Young.

Excellent Stay

My husband and I were blessed to be celebrating our 48th Anniversary. Our condo #403 was more than excellent. When we walked into the condo (exhausted from the long trip there), it was a delight to walk into a sparkling clean place. The decor was comfortably sleek, elegant, yet very durable. A wonderful mattress was another great plus of our 7 day stay. We slept very well! I think the view has to be one of the BEST anywhere on Maui. We enjoyed the pool, too. "Location, location, location …" was the best. It was so close to everything. The beautiful crystal clear water was incredible - both from our lanai, or sitting on the adjoining sea wall watching the large sea turtle forage for food, while crabs were scurrying around. The only negative about our stay is it should have been a month. Thank you, Hedy & Tom, for being such gracious hosts. Your manager was very helpful, nice & always answered any questions we had. We are truly grateful to all. Thank you.

Beautiful View

We had a wonderful stay here. Our balcony overlooked the water, and we had coffee every morning while watching the sea turtles feed. The unit was very clean and well appointed. It is within walking distance of the Cannery Mall, and downtown Lahaina. Since the building only allows parking for one vehicle per rental, and the spaces are very tight, be sure to rent a compact car if you're staying here. Highly recommend!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your input! Parking in all of Maui is at a premium and or limited and tight. The spots are fine for small cars or midsized however I park my large SUV there all the time it just requires more skill and energy to get in and out. There is also street parking within feet of the unit if you have two cars. We do not charge for parking as many properties do. If very large vehicles are an important part of a travlers vacation this is probably not the spot.

Perfection in Paradise

We spent five glorious nights in paradise at this condo in Lahaina, Maui.....guests of Ms. Hedy Holmes, an owner who knows how to be responsive to clients' inquiries. She is timely, friendly, and willing to please.

Many, many thanks, Hedy, for allowing us to stay at your condo! We enjoyed every minute in your beautiful condo, and we have nothing but good things to say about it. Having traveled across the world these past 30 years, staying primarily in rental condos and apartments, we can say without hesitation that yours is among the most elegant and well-appointed -- top notch in every way. The condo was perfectly outfitted with top quality bed linens, bathroom towels and accessories, and wonderful kitchen utensils and dishes, which we used to prepare breakfast each morning and several delicious dinners after cocktails on the lanai. We were very grateful to have the in-condo washer and dryer, and there were plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, and chairs to make the condo totally complete.

We really appreciate the chic minimalist approach to your design, and the bed and furnishings are comfortable and well-suited to a vacation rental. The cool tile floors throughout were ideal for the warm ocean climate, with breezes wafting through day and night. So many vacation condos tend to be cluttered and "overdone" --- not this one! It is tastefully furnished and decorated in every way. Having private, covered parking for our rental car and an elevator to the fourth floor were added benefits that are sometimes not available at other Maui condo complexes.

The location is an excellent one for those of us who love being near the surf but not on a noisy, touristy beach. Just a short stroll from the Safeway Grocery Store and old town Lahaina added to the condo's appeal. We very much enjoyed the laid back, friendly atmosphere of the condo complex with its crystal clear swimming pool, well-maintained pool deck and tropical grounds, and we really enjoyed watching the sea turtles frolic in the surf just a dozen yards from the condo's lanai --- a memorable experience! Sunrise and sunset on the lanai, overlooking the twinkling waters and the islands of Molokai and Lanai was something we will cherish forever.

Thank you very much for a wonderful time in Lahaina. We hope to stay at your condo again in the future when we return to Maui.
