Hi there! We are so excited to host you during your stay in Edmonton, AB! Born, raised, and still currently residing in Edmonton, we know all the amazing things this city has to offer, especially for people not from the area. Edmonton is known for its incredible culture, numerous festivals -including The Fringe, Heritage Days, Taste of Edmonton, Crashed Ice, just to name a few - it's amazing River Valley, countless farmers markets, and of course our formerly largest mall in the world - West Edmonton Mall. I, Michael, personally enjoy our vibrant downtown which is currently undergoing a major face lift which has brought a whole new sense of energy to the downtown core with the new ICE District development which includes Rogers Place. My partner Katrina is an animal lover at heart and can be found frequenting the various dog parks around the city with our little pup Atlas, a toy sized Australian Sheppard. I hold a Bachelor of Management from Concordia University of Alberta, and Katrina holds two degrees from the University of Alberta in Psychology and a BCOM with a marketing major. Being avid travelers ourselves, we love the experience HomeAway has provided being able to experience life as one of the locals in wherever we're going. We wanted to give the same experience to people visiting our hometown and be able to provide the most incredible accommodations to all of our guests who stay in our properties. We obsess over every detail and have an incredible team to ensure our properties our cleaned to the highest standard prior to your visit. The space Step out from your private entrance and you'll be greeted by the quiet streets one of Edmonton's most desirable neighbourhood, Windermere. Whether you just want to relax on your plush queen bed, read a book by the large windows, take a nap on the couch or get some work done at the desk, this guest suite has everything you need to enjoy your visit. This guest suite comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 queen size beds, and a large 6" memory foam fold-able queen size floor mattress that can be set up in the living room - all beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Suite also comes with two full bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own. Guest access You have full and total access of our guest suite with private entrance during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Windermere Currents - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton! Quiet and Clean
Everything was new and shiny here! Perfect setup for us to go to the mall and enjoy some fantastic farmers market in the area. The neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen was adequately stocked and there was lots of shopping nearby to pickup a few groceries. Property managers were extremely helpful.

New tastefully furnished suite in a quiet neighbourhood
We enjoyed our stay in this very clean tastefully decorated comfortable basement suite. It was extremely quiet. We heard no noise from upstairs during the night. The beds were comfortable with good quality linens. The suite has a well laid out floor plan with high quality finishes.
The owners were very quick to respond with good friendly communication. The bottle of wine was a nice welcoming touch. We would stay again. Thanks for sharing your lovely space.
