Kiki was very great. I loved the location. Everything is close to get by; walking, drive, or uber. I had a great time in L.A.
Wonderful private place to enjoy
The place was spacious and comfortable! We ended up spending a bit more time in the unit because I caught a cold. I was able to relax and treat my cold with hot tea and honey because of the amenities available in the unit. It was hot in LA but because of the available breeze, we did not have to use the a/c! It was fun!
Right when you slide the barn yard door open, you see how great the place looks! The house was stylish, modern, and very well kept. We arrived later in the evening and found street parking right away. We walked to a local Korean BBQ restaurant that was a few blocks away and noticed that the neighborhood was nice, quiet, and very close to Korea Town.
The only snag up we had wasn't really relative to the place itself, but to the other renters that booked the driveway for the weekend. The walkway to this place is in the back of the lot and you have to walk through the driveway to get to the door. The vehicle on the driveway parked so close to the building that we had to squeeze passed the front of their vehicle every time we stepped out of the house. We had to lift anything we were carrying, up and over the hood of their SUV in order to get by (Including my daughter). What if we had someone with a walker or wheelchair with us? This made checking out and loading our vehicle a bit of a challenge.
Other than that. If I ever need to stay near the K-Town area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Loved this place
What a wonderful place to relax. Super close to my favorite LA restaurant, Cafe Gratitude. Fantastic roof deck, huge living room. I hope that my travels bring me near this area again I will definitely stay at Kiki's!!! note to self-only cooking machine is a toaster oven which is fine if you plan for it (see (vegan)Cafe Gratitude reference, I'm a hippie who won't eat microwaved food but if you don't care they have one of those too).
Everything else was perfect-clean, spacious, wifi, tv, easy entry, great location...the type of place that I feel obligated to give 5 stars too even though I kind of want to keep it a secret for myself. Thanks, Kiki Stays!!!
Amazing view of the Hollywood sign!
My husband and I rented this loft on our trip to California. Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely courtyard. There was always parking, either on the street or around the corner. To get in the unit you have to unlock a padlock to a sliding door. Very interesting. One of the down falls to this is if one person leaves and wants to lock the door you are kind of locked in. In addition to the main door being a barn door there is also two more in the living room. This would be ideal to have open if there weren't other people direct across the courtyard. It did rain one evening and the water did drip in but it didn't seem to go to far. One of the best things is the rooftop deck. There are Amazing views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory and the Paramount Water tower. That by far was the icing on the cake. Kiki was readily available to help when there was an issue during our arrival, and notifying us when someone was arriving in the apt across from us late one eveing. The location was close to Hollywood, Koreatown, Sunset Strip and many other locations. Larchmont Village was a quaint area that has many resturants and shops. Great place overall, other than LA's insane traffic problem.
Beautiful LA Haven
We arrived on a Wednesday and were thrilled with our home away from home. It was relaxing and beautiful with unique details that made my sister keep saying I just want to live here forever.
The bed was so wonderful naps were a regular part of our routine. The rooftop in the morning is a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee and to end the day with a bottle of wine and conversation. It was where my favorite memory of the trip was... One on one time with my niece for hours chatting about life.
Kiki was a wonderful property manager and helped us with the parking and even let us check in Walt at the last minute.
I cannot wait to visit my niece again and share my home away from home with my husband.

THANK YOU FROM CURBED LA: The smallest neighborhood in Los Angeles also one of its most quaint and small-town adorable. It's so quaint and small-town adorable, it still has an independent bookstore. There are a lot of ways to define LA's smallest 'hood (it could be downtown Culver City?), but we're going with the tiniest by area, according to the Los Angeles Times's comprehensive mapping project, which puts Larchmont in a .49-square-mile rectangle surrounded by Hollywood, East Hollywood, Koreatown, Hancock Park, and Windsor Square.
Larchmont (use it interchangeably with Larchmont Village if you like) is far less fancy than Hancock Park or Windsor Square and more suburban than Hollywood, East Hollywood, and Koreatown, and it's defined primarily by the single long strip of Larchmont Boulevard, lined with diagonal parking, wide sidewalks, coffee shops, toy stores, expensive boutiques, dog bakeries, a Rite Aid, and a Chipotle.
Demographics: For such a bougie little area, Larchmont is actually less rich and less white than you might think. The Times ranks it as "highly diverse" for both the city and the county—it's 24.6 percent, 37.2 percent Latino, 30 percent Asian, 3 percent black, and 5.3 percent "other"—and a huge 56 percent were not born in the US. The median income is $47,780, which is only average for the city and low for the county. A majority of residents earn less than $40,000 a year. Larchmont also has unusually high percentages of single, never-married people.
Real estate: Like we said, it feels suburban—some bungalows, duplexes and other small multifamily buildings, medium-sized apartment buildings, and big setbacks that allow for yards. Only a little more than a quarter of residents, 27.1 percent, own in Larchmont. The other 72.9 percent are all renters.
