About Kim & Andre Poirier
We are a family of 4 who have lived and worked in Mont Tremblant for 20 years. Kim is a medical technician at the mountain's trauma clinic and also a firefighter for the city, Andre, formerly a mechanical engineer, for the past 20 years is the proud co-owner of La Microbrasserie La Diable, the mountain's famous and only microbrewery, and our 2 teenage girls can be found on the mountain, (hopefully not at the pub after 10 o'clock!) shredding it up any chance they get, growing up like real locals!
Kim & Andre Poirier purchased this Bungalow in 2008
Why Kim & Andre Poirier chose Mont-Tremblant
This is a home that we bought with family in 2008. We wanted to have Andre's dad, who found himself alone, and his sister, who wanted to join in the fun, closer to our family. They lived there up until a few years ago. We wanted to keep the house in the family and its in such a great location that instead of selling it, we renovated it and would love to share it with you!
What makes this Bungalow unique
This is a great house. You are in the middle of a quaint little village, surrounded by mountains, yet you are literally steps from all amenities and tons of activities and only 5 min to the mountain. You have the feeling of being in the action of the resort except that you don't have to pay the mountain prices. Plus it doesn't get better than a heated pool in the mountains in summer!

The perfect family getaway!
We spent a summer weekend at the house. It’s spacious and extremely well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the pool is amazing!
I wish we had at least an extra half bathroom (it can get tricky with 3 couples and people needing the bathroom at the same time), but we managed.
Great location 5 min from slopes
Well kept bedrooms, full kitchen and nicely put together. A good value for our family of 5. There was more than enough space for several more people if needed. Nice view and very relaxing.
Well located and comfortable in a lovely small-town atmosphere
Great winter sports trip over Christmas. Lots of room for us, well-equipped kitchen, responsive owners, hockey rink, trails and stores nearby in a quaint small town -- a great stay. Short (3 km) drive to downhill, fabulous cross-country ski trails on the old train line a block away or connecting to Tremblant trails 1 km away. Kids spent lots of time on the lovely little rink a couple of blocks away; plenty of restaurants in various price ranges within short walk. Fat bike and ski rental, general stores in the village. Great value and authentic Quebec experience.
Came in the winter for a weekend getaway with a few friends. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Would highly recommend!
My husband and I headed up north to this wonderful spot (only 2hrs from home) for some time away from the kids and a break from the routine.
The place is easy to find, clean, and very well equipped. We were even greeted by a family of deer in the backyard. The view is wonderful and it was so peaceful.
We truly enjoyed our little getaway and will likely be back with the kids to enjoy the pool and all the sights nearby.
The owners are great, helpful and very friendly.
We had a great stay and really enjoyed the pool, the nearby park was great for the kids.
Life in Mont Tremblant doesn't get any better than this. Live like a local among the locals and enjoy all that Mont Tremblant has to offer with an insiders edge! Enjoy your own private in-ground, heated pool, the municipal beach down the street and all the cycling and hiking your heart desires in the summer, or, in winter, bring your downhill or cross country skis, the mountain and all the trails are just 5 min. away.
Visit www.tremblant.ca to see all that the 5 star 4 season resort has to offer. Bring your skates and use lighted oval on the lake in the winter only steps away from the front door, or go the opposite way down the street and join up with the locals on the outdoor hockey rink (also a small rink beside for the little ones) where there's a heated chalet to change . In the summer the municipal beach at Lac Mercier, playgrounds, basketball, cycling, hiking, golfing, fishing or anything else you can think of is just outside your door. For a little more adventure, call the 'Activity Centre' at the mountain (819-681-3000) and let them organize rafting, waterskiing, zip lining, snowmobiling, helicopter tours, massages or any other activity you can think of no matter the season!
Enjoy the convenience of being in your own 3 bedroom home with your own heated pool. There is a grocery store only steps away you don't have to make reservations every night. Or, you can make reservations every night and walk to restaurants in the village or hop on the bus that's only steps from the front door and don't worry about parking or having a glass of wine with dinner! Make your own schedule, and feel like your in the heart of all the action for a fraction of the price.
