The sunny apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a living-dining room. For dining room has a balcony with access to the very large private roof terrace, from where you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view. From the living room with balcony and sea view you can enjoy the sunset. One looks also at the beautiful pool area of ​​the small complex with lawns, palm trees, tropical plants and benches.

This apartment on the 2nd, top floor can easily be reached by elevator. It included a large underground parking space ..

A good restaurant is within walking distance, as is a Lidl grocery store. On foot it is just 7 minutes on the long beautiful sandy beach Arenal-.

The cozy apartment is ideal for year-round rental. With air conditioning cold / hot, it allows a perfect holiday at any time.

On the way to the sea, there is a German bakery and a nice fresh water lake which is visited in season by many flamingos.

Calpe has 2 long sandy beaches that are easily accessible from the apartment on foot, and many small coves.

An evening visit to the nearby harbor with its fishing boats returning worth a visit.

Those who want more entertainment, coming in nearby Benidorm (15 minutes) their money, because there are great theme parks.

For nature lovers plenty of hiking opportunities in the nearby mountains.

Wonderful Apartment

A very clean, comfortable well equipped apartment. The owner has excellent English and makes you feel very welcome. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for your stay. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, toaster, coffee maker etc. is provided. A large supermarket is a couple of minute walk away. The beach is very clean and ideal for children and couples alike. The balcony and sun roof terrace provides a fantastic view and is ideal for private sun bathing. Fantastic pool set in a tranquil well maintained garden. I would highly recommend this apartment to families and couples alike.

lovely holiday!

We went on holiday just at the start of the British half term in May/June. It was a lovely holiday! The apartment was clean, light, neat and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and there was enough storage for us (3 adults). There was a balcony with an awning which was really useful and great for meals outside. The view is towards the sea (but a bit blocked by apartment buildings) and over the pool. The pool is great and was virtually empty so it felt like our own pool! Theres a deep large part and a shallow childrens pool. It is only a 5 min walk to the beach (really lovely beach) where you can hire sunbeds with parasols. The beach to the right of The Rock is nicer and has less tacky restaurants than to the left. There are lots of nice restaurants/beach cafes along the beach promenade and towards the old town (which is nice to wander around). Overall it was a great and relaxing holiday so thanks!

Séjour super agréable dans cet appartement vraiment très confortable ,
