I bought this condo as an investment but ended up falling in love with the peaceful setting and incredible mountain views. As an avid golfer I thoroughly enjoy the exquisitely maintained golf course of Mission Lakes Country Club. In addition, the friendly staff of the country club lounge and restaurant make you feel like more like family than visitor. I personally use this condo unit during the off season hiking in the desert canyons with my partner and dog. We spend fun evenings exploring the colorful restaurants and clubs of Palm Springs and frequently find ourselves at a concert of nationally known performing artists who are booked into local casinos.

You should only book this property if you are looking for a special experience of sharing our well loved and maintained home. If you are just looking for a place "to land" chances are the thoughtful touches and extra quality will go unnoticed or appreciated. We are looking for tenants who will value and care for our home as much as we do.
This is one of the most relaxing places I know. I can swim, play golf, go to the casinos, or just sit out on the balcony and read. I have two balconies, and one is always cool.
Great unit with well maintained outside property, pool/spa/laundry complex. Friendly permanent residents & "snowbirders" . Complex is nice & quiet, security patrols. 3 miles from the town of Desert Hot Springs & easy/close access to I-10. I'll be back for 2017-2018.

My partner and I have rented this property for the last 2 winters and enjoyed it, and the Coachella Valley, very much. The condo is comfortable, clean and has everything we need for a great snow-birding experience. We do plan to go back in the future. :) :)

April to October rates are $1000.00 a month
Full payment due upon booking plus $1000 damage deposit. Cancellation policy is 90 days from first date of rental for full refund of payment and damage deposit less $200 rebooking fee. Cancellations made less than 90 days from first date of rental forfeit the damage deposit and if cancellations are less than 60 days from first date of rental then renter forfeits all payments made unless the unit can be rebooked for the same dates renter had reserved,
