Our farm is an oasis and is located on the sunny side of the village of Ortisei and provides the optimal mix between tranquility and proximity to the sights.

Surrounded by flowering meadows and forests to reach the quiet courtyard and where the imposing and magnificent Sassolungo will amaze you.

We have 3 apartments; Apartment "CIOF" 65m² with family rooms, apartments "PAVEL" 65m² with 2 bedrooms and apartments "SIEF" 42m² one bedroom. www. pedracia. com

In the new 65m² lovingly furnished apartment "CIOF" You can sleep late, relax and after a good night is the first ray of sunshine in the morning to welcome and invite you to get up. Now you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and listen to your the sounds of nature.

After a day of exciting experiences on the many trails, mountain hikes and well groomed slopes can be up to 6 people leave everyday life behind and relax in the cozy living room with a book or a good movie. When this is to cook in the well equipped kitchen a breeze. From 4 hotplates, coffee maker, blender to toasters, etc., everything is available to serve on the dining table is a delicious meal. In the meantime, men and children can deliver on the foosball a slush. The loser must start for kitchen duty. You will find a good night's sleep in the spacious bedroom with double bed made of solid wood in spruce nature and natural wood floors of larch; in the background a centuries-old building, which will seduce you for a moment in the past. Our sun facing situated farm is situated at 1500m above sea level surrounded by meadows and forests. We are a livestock holding operation with cows, calves, hens, cats and donkeys and try the yard very close to nature to farming.

We are in the hamlet of St. Jakob above the town of St. Ulrich in Val Gardena. Ideal starting point for numerous walks and unforgettable mountain and ski trips in the Dolomites.

As in the summer and in the winter there is, 3 min. away from our house, a city- or Ski bus available, you hinbringt the village center with all lifts with connection to the famous Sella Ronda, the Alpe di Siusi and Seceda.

Ideal for families, seniors and couples:

Space for children, animals on the farm, in a safe location and guest house nearby.

A cozy outdoor seating area invites you to relax, to read a good book or to enjoy the unique sunset.

Wir sind Sehr Freundlichen emphangen. Das Appartment sieht sehr gut und geschmackful aus, Das Aussicht Ist wunderbar. Dabei Ist die Lage sehr gunstig; Die ganze Tag hat man Sonnenschein. Die Verbindung mit dem 'Ski' Bus Ist ausgezechnet, nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Der Bus selber zum Piste Ist kaum 5 Minuten. Das Gebiet im Winter und Sommer ist von Natur aus herlich. Val Gardena Ist ein gemutliches Stadchen. Wir emphelen unsere beste Freunde und Familie dieses Appartment.

Den bisherigen Bewertungen ist nichts hinzuzufügen. Die Lage des Anwesens ist überragend, Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, unsere Ferienwohnung war super sauber und wirkte wie neu. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Auf einen Aufenthalt im Haus Pedracia kann man sich uneingeschränkt freuen und macht nichts falsch. Immer gerne wieder!

Eine tolle Unterkunft

Der gepflegte Hof ist wunderschön gelegen mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf Lang-und Plattkofel. Wir haben im Appartement Pavel gewohnt und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell, geräumig und ausgesprochen sauber. Insgesamt haben wir uns bei Familie Insam sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Perfekt

Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt, waren 4 Personen und hatten bequem Platz in der schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, trotz der vielen Arbeit, haben sie sich immer Zeit für uns und unsere vielen Fragen genommen. Hier gibt es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, um sich abends nach der Wanderung niederzulassen und die schöne Aussicht zu genießen.

Ein Grillplatz steht auch zur Verfügung.

Wir haben oft den kostenlosen Citybus genutzt. Hat immer super geklappt.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Den Vermietern wünschen wir alles Liebe und Gute und viel Kraft, alles so weiter führen zu können, wie bisher . :-)

Besser geht es kaum

Unser Ziel waren mal wieder die Dolomiten und dieses Mal wollten wir sowohl etwas näher an einen belebten Ort (St. Ulrich in diesem Fall) als auch eine ruhige, idyllische Ferienwohnung. Beides ließ sich hier perfekt miteinander vereinbaren. Obwohl nur 3-4 Autominuten vom Ort entfernt (zu Fuß schon ein längerer Spaziergang von ca. 30-40 Minuten) ist man hier in einem der letzten Häuser und hat außer Wasserfall und Grillenzirpen absolute Ruhe.

Die Ferienwohnung (Sief in unserem Fall) war neuwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett äußerst bequem und das Badezimmer mit großer Dusche sehr komfortabel. Dazu gibt es noch einen 9qm großen Balkon mit eigenem Sofa (!) und Ausblick auf den gegenüberliegenden bewaldeten Berghang und die Langkofelgruppe, wenn man etwas um die Ecke schaut.

Die Gastfamilie ist dazu noch äußerst nett und aufmerksam. Es gab Eier von den familieneigenen Hühnern, zum Geburtstag unvorhergesehen eine Flasche Sekt und ungefragt wurden uns nach kurzer Zeit frische Handtücher gebracht. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen.

Alles in allem wohl eine der besten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je hatten. Kann ich jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Toller Urlaub

Das Objekt ist für Wanderer hervorragend geeignet. Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber! Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

The main town of St. Ulrich (1263m) at the entrance to the valley offers a pedestrian area with stylish shopping, hiking trails, museums, Luis Trenker- promenade and numerous events in the sign of culture and tradition. Interesting are the architecture of the town with its courtyards and well preserved for 100 years in the village buildings and the St. Jakob church. The small church of St. Jakob Ideally located amid a forest clearing, the designs usually depicted is far and wide, it is probably the absolute Landschaf union and cultural and historical highlight of a visitor in St. Represent Ulrichs environment. Among runs past a beautiful walkway to the ancient courtyards.
