Ski In/Out Three Kings Condo across the road from Park City Mountain Resort. Ski home for lunch and enjoy mountain views from the deck. Walk to the grocery, convenience, drug store & coffee house. Take the FREE bus to Historic Main Street in Old Town for shopping, dining and dancing. Main Street is only 1.5 miles away. Two-minute walk to a new, year round, heated pool and hot tub, which includes a Community/Cabana Room with kitchen, locker rooms, showers and dry sauna.

King bed in master with flat screen TV and private full bath. This bedroom is located on the main floor. Bunk room with 2 sets of bunks, sleeps 4. This bedroom is located on the second floor, and is a perfect space for the kids. The twin bedroom is also located on the second floor, and the two twin beds can be pushed together to create a king. Room also has a Flat screen TV for gaming counsel (bring your own unit). The 2 upstairs bedrooms share a full bath. There is an additional half bath on the first floor.

Great for a year round vacation. Located on Park City Municipal Golf Course and driving range. Mountain biking/hiking trails within a 3-minute bike ride from our unit. Excellent location for summer road bike and mountain bike riders. Bike path access within 1 mile of condo. Bike shops with rentals only a 5-minute walk.

Extensive FREE bus lines travel to Deer Valley, The Canyons and Outlet Mall Shopping. 40-minute drive to Salt Lake Airport. Shuttle bus available from airport to your door.

No need for a car. Walk or take the bus everywhere! Our family walks, rides bikes or takes the free bus anywhere we want to be. It's the perfect location for outdoor fun, including all that the Park City Mountain Resort has to offer in the summer. Just a short walk across the parking lot brings you to the Alpine Slide, Alpine Roller Coaster, Zip Line and Climbing Wall, just to name a few activities.

What makes this townhome unique

Our Three Kings ski in ski out condo has a unique setting at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. It is situated on the Park City Municipal Golf Course adjacent to the ski resort. We are on level land so we don't have to deal with huge stair climbs to get anywhere. In the summer, we have a large flat lawn area that adjoins the golf course. Plenty of room to throw the baseball or frisbee or have a barbeque.

Great location for easy access to the mountain..

We stayed at this property second week of March. The location is super convenient to the mountain. With various ages, level of skier, it is great to be able to ski down, drop people off and continue on your day. Really easy to work with the owner and she helps out with everything. I would rent again and recommend for you and your group to do so as well!

Amazing stay in Park City!

We had a great stay in Park City! The condo was conveniently located a short walk from the main lifts, ticket office, and ski base. The condo was well equipped with all of our cooking needs, towels for the hot tub, shampoo, etc. it was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The city bus stop is right outside the condo and easy to get to town for dinner and shopping. Connie was a great host and very responsive. The airline lost my ski boot bag and she leant me some ski gear to hold me over until they found it! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location.

Great location to PCMR (50 yard walk.. you can't get closer unless you are true ski in/out) and 2 lift rides to Canyons. Bus stop close. Great hot tub. The major con to this place is although it can sleep 10 it cannot "live" 10 people. Only 1 couch and 1 chair in living room. Great for large family(2 adults and up to 4 to 6 kids depending on age of children) or good for 4 adults maybe with 2 children. We were 6 guys and it felt a bit tight in living room. Host is great and set us up well.

Perfect Ski Condo

The description of the condo including amenities and location were right on! You couldn't get too much closer to the mountain with this condo with a short 5 minute walk to the lift! Easy walk to catch the bus (free) to Main Street for plenty of restaurants and night life. Picked a winner this year! Thank you Connie for a great stay.

Awesome Condo and Location

We had a wonderful stay in this condo and would return in a heartbeat! The beds were very comfortable (kids even said the bunkbeds were great), plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking accoutrements. The property manager, Connie, was very helpful before, during and after our stay. The location is easy walking distance to the First Time lift. We returned every day for lunch and rest. I just don't have anything negative to comment about this unit!

Very nice property, very convenient

The unit is gorgeous and the host was very helpful. While it's not "true" ski-in-ski-out, it's only about a 50ft walk to the lift.
