Victorian House, slated for 3 bedrooms. 5 people, lake view

This apartment has a wonderful view over Bowness and Lake Windermere to the mountains in Ambleside. Bowness was recently voted the most beautiful place in the Lake District. It is the ideal place for excursions and offers plenty of opportunities for going out (cinema, restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, galleries).

The accommodation is laid out over 2 floors. At the entrance there is a private parking with the shops and restaurants are within easy reach on foot. The living room has a magnificent view of the lake and countryside as well as on the faszininierenden sky and the ever changing sunlight.

The apartment was the end of 2011 radically redesigned with kitchen and bathroom from shale. All the rooms are repainted with English Heritage colors and equipped with many paintings and art prints with motifs from the Lake District.

Lower floor consists of entrance hall, kitchen / dining room with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer and dryer.

Next to the living room with stunning views located in Bowness, Lake Windermere and mountains in the background. It is equipped with two comfortable fabric sofas, a rattan chair with leg rest, coffee table, bookcase, fireplace, color TV and DVD.

On the same floor there is another bedroom.

On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with TV. The bathroom has recently been designed from scratch with slate and offers a magnificent view. Toilet are on the same floor.

Bed linen is provided, towels are not provided. The apartment is very child friendly. A cot can be made available.
