This house has been renovated very comfortably and tastefully in 2008 and is constantly improved since then. You are always alone on the property.

The house is built on a hillside and has a fantastic panorama view over the sea until the lighthouse on the Cap de la Nao. The well kept garden with palm trees and lawn surrounds the house in terraces.

From the cul de sac road you enter the upper flat on ground level and already from the double carport you can enjoy the sea view. The large and comfortable living room is alongside the large dining room with panorama sea view. From the dining room an outside stairway leads down to the smaller apartment below with roofed terrace and to the pool - but you can also walk down alongside the house.

The lower, smaller apartment also has a modern, new bathroom, nice new kitchenette and new double glazed windows - in both bedrooms and in the bath the windows are with anti-mosquito screens and outside shades. Both bedrooms with air condition.

If 4 or 8 persons you are always alone on the property !

Super Villa, top Urlaub, beste Betreuung

Nach 12 Jahren wieder Balcon al Mar, die Kinder groß, aber sind gern wieder mitgekommen. Was sollen wir sagen, das Haus ist sicher eines der Besten auf Balcon, super Meerblick, mehrere Terrassen für alle möglichen Wettersituationen und eine Ausstattung, die wirklich komplett ist. In der Nähe alles was man braucht, Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, und sogar ein Friseur. Natürlich diverse Restaurants, wir haben zwei ausprobiert, beide Spitze, konnten dahin zu Fuß laufen, finde es selber raus. Dann natürlich Javea, alle möglichen Strände, der Hafen und natürlich die Shopping- und Restaurantmeile an der Playa. Die Stadt hat sich wirklich seit unserem letzten Besuch toll entwickelt, unbedingt den Markt am Donnerstag besuchen, direkt darunter das Parkhaus, das tut der Stadt wirklich gut, das Parken war in 2003 noch eine Katastrophe. Empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch der Wasserfälle von Algar und der Stadt Denia mit dem Castello. Zum Wandern ist der Aufstieg zum Kap St. Antonio vom Hafen Javea gut geeignet, wir haben das locker geschafft. Kosten und Preise: wir waren ja Selbstversorger und es ist erstaunlich, alle Dinge fürs tägliche leibliche Wohl sind wirklich günstig und es ist kein Unterschied zur Heimat festzustellen. Eintrittspreise Wasserfälle und Castello waren fair, eine Segwaytour mit Führung 27,00 EUR. Ansonsten ist auch zu Fuß auf Balcon einiges zu sehen, Cap Negre oder der Leuchtturm. Unbedingt mal zur Ambolo Bucht runterwandern und ein Muss, die Granadella Bucht!! Die ist unser Favorit. Also, ab in den Flieger oder ins Auto, Balcon al Mar ist eine Reise wert, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Negativ nichts!!! Doch die vielen eingebauten Straßenschweller, wenn man die übersieht, fliegst du. Verkehrssicherheit hin-und her, sie nerven einfach. Aber wo ist alles perfekt.

Was war noch: Eine sehr gute Betreuung durch das Büro, Infos vor dem Urlaub, Abholung, Einweisung, alles super. Was will man mehr.

From the quiet, green residential area Balcon al Mar you have easy access to the following beaches: two bays with wonderful view are Granadella about 5,5 km und Ambolo in about 4 Min. distance by car; Cala Portitxol, approx. 4 km and Cala Blanca approx. 5 km, both rocky, Playa Arenal, sandy about 6,5 km.

The two picturesque viewpoints the jagged Cap de la Nao with light house, look-out platform and restaurant and Cap Negre with little hiking trail are scarsly 1 km distant, the fantastic Cap Negre with little walking trail about 1 km.

Large tennis court and supermarket approx 1 km. distant; The golf course 'Club de Golf Javea' is only 8 km distant and easy to reach.

In 1 km perimeter you find several restaurants, only about 850 metres distant is a building with bakery, small supermarket, newspapers, hair dresser, and physio therapy. At Playa Arenal and all the way to the city centre there are several large supermarkets. The centre of Javea with the harbour and the Old Town are at 10 kms distance.
