About the property

Magnificent housing seasonal let with sensational sea views

Our house Casa de Rey is located in a nice residential area with spectacular sea and mountain views large, quiet pool area. A place of rest - even in the winter months. Restaurants and hotel with 2 outdoor swimming pools and indoor swimming pool and a beautiful spa (Mar-Oct). Starting point for island exploration, hiking and. Biking, golf, tennis, swimming excursions.

The whole house impresses with its slope and 4 sun terraces / balconies. In the south-west you look at a bay of Costa de la Calma, which is about 8-10 minutes walk. In the north-west you look at the sea and the lovely rolling landscape with the bustling seaside resort of Peguera (about 15 minutes walk through shady forest trails to the local large sandy beach). The place has a very nice beach promenade with cafes, restaurants and shops.

In Costa de la Calma and Paguera find food and souvenir shops (approximately 900 m) as well as pharmacy, doctors, bus stop after Antratx / Palma, etc.

Santa Ponsa and Paguera can be reached in 5 minutes. It offers all the recreational activities eg. Golf, tennis, bike rental, sandy beach

Casa de Rey: gives you up to 240 square meters on three floors of living space available for up to 5 people. Living room with large sun terrace (garden furniture, parasol), fireplace for a cozy fire, and if things outside no longer so warm, integrated kitchen and dining area; 2 bedrooms (one with air conditioning, both with ceiling fan and radiators) each with a balcony and each with en-suite bathrooms with shower 1x, 1x bath tub;

Attic: east / south / west sun terrace with glazed winter garden (in winter with underfloor heating), outside modern garden furniture, chairs, umbrellas, electric grill for breathtaking sunsets in all seasons. Interior seating and sofa-bed.

Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Super Ausstattung, traumhafte Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, mehrere Balkone, auch die Anlage selbst mit Pool und Palmen ist wunderschön. Das Verwalterpaar ist immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Kann man nur empfehlen!

Hanglage mit traumhaften Blick zu Meer

Für Leute die Entspannung suchen geht es nicht besser.

Alle Angaben waren korrekt.

Reibungsloser Ablauf,mit sehr guter Organisation.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, die Eigentümer persönlich kennen zu lernen.

Alle Angaben des Vermieters waren absolut korrekt.

Der Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse mit integriertem Wintergarten war phänomenal.

Der Verwalter war sehr nett .

Die Poolanlage mit den großen Palmen, war romantisch.

sehr schönes Urlaubs- und Entspannungsdomizil

Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt im Casa de Rey, mit schöner Lage und leichter Erreichbarkeit zum Meer.

Die optimale und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gute Organisation und nette Betreuung, machten unseren Aufenhalt noch angenehmer. Der Poolbereich hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, sowie die super Aussicht auf das Meer.

Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub :)

Ich kanns nur weiterempfehlen!

Traumhaft schön - alles was man braucht

Wir können nur sagen es war eine perfekte Betreuung und Organisation von Buchung bis zur Abreise. Das wunderschöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Haus bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage zum erkunden der gesamten Insel. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vom Grill bis zum Kinderbett war alles vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus ist sowohl für Familien als auch für Paare sehr gut geeignet. Umwerfend ist der Blick von den beiden oberen Dachterrassen. Strand, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die ursprüngliche Gaststätte "El Mano" sind in weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

 Costa de la Calma: The coast of calm, tranquility ... the heart of the green Southwest! The hilly cultivated valley, every season a joy for all the senses: In the spring the mimosa blossom in lush splendor throughout the year, the Bougainvillea, red the poppy fields lit palm trees line the long sandy beaches (the Paguera is 3 km, the Santa Ponsa 1.5 km). A dream beach is cultivated in summer rocky beach. Ladders lead into the crystal clear water, sun beds and sun hats are on the terraces directly to the sea. Ernesto at his beach prepares a delicious Pa amb oli (toasted coarse country bread rubbed with garlic and tomato, ham out of pork leg). All this is almost familiar, manageable, tranquil - incl. Sensational: '' LA HACIENDA '' at the beginning of Paguera. Consistently good to excellent food, great variety of fish and meat dishes, even for little things. Fantastic the salad bar - even with vitello tonnato. Friendly (so far without slip), the service ladies; they have everything in sight. The summer terrace we particularly like. Reservations are a must! The '' shooting star '' of last summer is located in Santa Ponsa and is called '' ENERGIA '' has been completely refurbished '' Playas del Rey ''.
