It is perfect for 2 persons but a third person can easily accomodated too. The apartment is located in the 4th floor of a well-maintained residential house next to the Danube Canal, a side arm of the Danube which leads through the Inner City of Vienna. There are plenty of beach bars and restaurants.
Next to the apartment is also the Vienna University of Economics and the 'Augarten' Park, home of a porcelain manufactury and the 'Viennese Boys Chor'.
The close Metro and tramway brings you in a few minutes into the center of the city.
The apartment was renovated in 2011, elegantly furnished and equipped with WiFi Internet, 40' HD Flat TV and all small details you need for a relaxing stay.

You couldnt ask for a nicer place. The layout is very large and bright fully equipped kitchen to make those days you just want coffee or lunch without getting out. The apartment is within 5 minutes walk of the train
station that will take into the city center in about 10 min just a couple of stops. Bernd was such a gracious host we arrived on Sunday and grocery stores are closed and he ask if he could pick up anything. He picked up my wife and I some drinks for our first night in Vienna. He also helped us with various questions on concerts etc. He has a list of convenient restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend this property.

A really nice, spacious apartment in a quiet area. Very clean. Transport into centre easy (0.3 miles to underground /metro). Owner immensely helpful and welcoming and very good at keeping in touch and providing information before and during stay. Everything we could want was provided in the apartment.
Casa davvero accogliente, il proprietario gentilissimo ci è stato di grande aiuto per il nostro soggiorno e ci ha accolti davanti al portone per consegnarci le chiavi.
La casa ha vicino supermercati, farmacie lavanderie, in oltre molto vicino alla metro che porta al centro in un breve lasso di tempo.
Dotata di tutti i comfort e accessori, io e la mia ragazza siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti dell'appartamento
The apartment is large and roomy. The bed is large and comfortable. The owner met us on the street and showed us to the apartment. The apartment is large, roomy, modern and well equipped. It is relatively close to the Metro. It is a short ride to all the main attractions. There are markets close but we didn't find many restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
Apartamento novo, muito bem decorado, limpo, com todos os acessórios de cozinha, inclusive máquina de café expresso, lavalouças, torradeira. Fogão elétrico excelente, microondas, geladeira e freezer. A localização é muito próxima ao metrô, 5 minutos de caminhada. Supermercado em 2 quarteirões. Nossa estadia foi excelente. Recomendamos com toda certeza. Proprietários muito atenciosos e educados.
New apartment, nicely decorated, clean, with all kitchen accessories, including espresso machine, dishwasher, toaster. Excellent electrical stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The location is very close to the subway, 5 minutes walk. Supermarket 2 blocks. Our stay was excellent. We recommend for sure. Owners very attentive and polite.

The apartment is located in a quiet street in the district of Brigittenau next to the Danube Canal, one of Vienna's recreation area with several beach bars and restaurants. In the surrounding there are numerous supermarkets (Merkur, Billa, Penny, Zielpunkt, Hofer / Aldi), and a market. The nearby subway stations of line U4 and U6 take you quickly to the inner city or to the Danube Island but also directly to the Schönbrunn Palace. The nearby tram line D brings you to many 'Heurige' (wine taverns selling homegrown wine). Close to the apartment is 'Palais Augarten', which is in the middle of a huge baroque park and ideal to walk.
