The modern flat 'Michaelerstrasse' is located in the 18. district of Vienna, called Währing, close to the “Volksoper” and offers comfortable living in a quiet but central location. The apartment is completely renovated and the latest in technology. The entire furniture is modern and meets all requirements.

The bright entrance hall leads to the large bathroom with toilet and fully equipped kitchen over to the bright living room. Here you will find comfortable genuine leather sofas in front of the large TV area with DVD player and stereo. The dining area is spacious and offers enough space for up to 4 people. From the living room leads into the large master bedroom with king size bed and large wardrobe. These two rooms are facing south, so the apartment is very bright even in the winter months. Beside the kitchen is the second bedroom, with two single beds and a wardrobe. The new bathroom has shower, bathtub, washing basin, toilet and washing machine.

public transport: Just a few steps away from the apartment you find the bus 40A at Gymnasiumstrasse or the tram stop for lines 40 and 41 in the Währingserstrasse, which will take you to the underground (U6-Volksoper) or the inner city (Schottentor) in a few minutes.

U6 stop “Volksoper”: about 6 min walk or bus 40A or connection via tram line 40/41.

infrastructure: Directly around the corner you will find a gourmet supermarket and several restaurants.

The nearby (3 min to go) Währingerstrasse offers a lot of different shops where you can buy everything you need. There is also a little market called Kuschkermarkt where fresh and special food is offered.

One dog is very much welcome, the surroundings of the apartment provides many green areas or parks within walking distance of some existing dog zones.

2 or more dogs or other pets may be taken only after consultation.

If you are interested in culture you have the possibility to walk to some very important cultural sites, e.g. Volksoper, Theater des Augenblicks, Wuk, Konzertcafe Schmid Hansl. In the restaurant 'Fischerbräu' you can enjoy every sunday morning live jazz and good food - 'Jazzbrunch'!

Arrival / departure: Arrivals only after 4 p.m. up to 8.00 p.m.

On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated till 10 a.m. If you arrive between 9.00 - 12.00 p.m. we demand a surcharge of EUR 20, -. The arrival between 0.00 - 7.00 a.m. is unfortunately not possible.

Different moving in and out times can be kindly arranged by prior consultation!

Refundable security deposit EUR 500, -.

With proper departure, the deposit will be refunded upon departure in cash.

  • The larger one bedroom has easy access from living room and the bathroom is accessible and facing south. Thus, it is a very bright room overlooking the large landscaped courtyard. The bed is 1.80 m wide, of course, there is also a large closet and a sitting area with table in this room. The smaller bedroom has to be entered from the kitchen and you look in a small courtyard garden. Therer are 2 sindle beds and furthermore there is cupboard, a sitting area and a small table. Of course, in both rooms bedding and extra blankets are provided. For 1 child till the age of 3 years there is a cildren's bed with bedding.

Schöne Wohnung, ideale Lage ...

In dieser gut ausgestatteten und gepflegten Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung erschien uns ideal, um mit dem öffentlichen Personennahverkehr all unsere Ziele in Wien gut zu erreichen. Wenn nicht schon um die Ecke (Lebensmittelgeschäft), dann doch in kurzer Entfernung gibt es alles, was man zum Leben benötigt. Für unsere Kinder war es schön, dass auch ein großer Spielplatz nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt lag. Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und haben uns im Vorfeld viele hilfreiche Informationen zu kommen lassen. Als unsere Airline spontan streikte, rief uns unsere Vermieterin an, und fragte nach, ob wir darüber schon informiert seien. Dies fanden wir sehr aufmerksam!

Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Wien reisen, hoffen wir schon jetzt, dass wir wieder in der Michaelerstraße wohnen dürfen.

It is at the border of a quarter called 'cottage' which is one of the most beautiful living areas in Vienna. There you find lots of beautiful old villas, green areas and parks which have dog zones.

The nearby (3 min to go) Währingerstrasse offers a lot of different shops where you can buy everything you need.

Just a few steps away from the apartment you find the bus 40A at Gymnasiumstrasse or the tram stop for lines 40 and 41 in the Währingserstrasse, which will take you to the underground (U6-Volksoper) or the inner city (Schottentor) in a few minutes.
