Very clean and nice view of Sony Center, which is especially nice over the Christmas holiday season. Easy and secure access. Really like the restaurant options all right there at Sony Center, made it very easy to eat before and after a busy day of sight seeing. I highly recommend this property! Michael was very helpful too. Travel tip: if you have a late flight on your check out day you can store your luggage at Potsdammer Platz station for just a few Euro.
Very nice and clean little apartment, with a fantastic look over Potsdamer Platz. Location is perfect, everything in walking distance. Bus, train and metro very close. Suggest that you buy transportation pass, which covers all, as suggested by Michael. Can be done at the Internet. Good and helpful communication with owner's representative, we were delayed 2 hours, but were met with a smile and a welcome, thank you Kay.
We recommend a boat ride from Jannowitz Brucke, approx 3 hours, lots of history and culture, you pass what is left of The Wall, Das Maur, they serve good little lunches and drinks,
We enjoyed our stay and beautiful Berlin very much.

Let me first deal with the good before the not so good. The communication with the manager was first class. They were there when they said they would be and immediately handled a small issue with the unit. The apartment is close to transit and to many restaurants and shops.
Now for the not so good. The photos on the booking site that actually show the apartment are not actually pictures of this unit. If they were, we would never have rented this place as we were specifically looking for a place that had a bedroom separate for the living room. When we were shown in to the unit, the young man pointed to one, yes one, club chair right next to the bed and said this is the living room.
For reasons only known to the management, the bed is inexplicably in the living room and there is a small kitchen table in what is clearly the bedroom. While the unit is well equipped and modern, it could use a paint job. Lastly, the area is a very noisy, such that is too loud to keep windows open when you sleep. With no air conditioning, closing the windows makes for a silent room but turns it in to a sauna. The window blinds are essentially sheers, so it is not even close to being dark enough for sleeping.
I think there are better units in Berlin and can not recommend this particular unit.
The apartment is small but perfect for two people and the location cannot be beat. This is a great location if you do not wish to rent a car. Located to so many of the must see sights as well as shopping and restaurants. I was worried that the noise would be too much but the insulation of the windows is great. It is great to be able to people watch from the apartment and watch the light show.
The apartment was very clean and very modern with everything you need.
I highly recommend this location. Great apartment, great price, and great location.
I stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Berlin and had a great experience. The person that met me to give me the key was accommodating to arrival time and was nice enough to talk me through some places to explore. I love how I walked through the park one morning and got to some great sights accidentally because they are so close. The only thing I will say is that it is in a busy center and the blinds don't keep all the light out meaning there isn't really the option of sleeping in and there is also some noise in the evening. Although this did mean there were some really good restaurants just downstairs and even a Starbucks for the morning. There is also a grocery store, the person who gave me the keys told me about, like 200 metres away so you don't always have to eat out. Honestly, it is worth the money, clean, in a good location with nice people. (Also everyone knows the Sony Centre so if you get lost around town and have to get in a taxi, you don't need to speak German to get back home which was definitely a perk!)
The property was exactly presented as per the website photos and description. Clean and well maintained, Michael met us on site and provided great customer service in showing us through the apartment.
We would recommend this property to stay at. We had a week in a very central location to all the historical sites Berlin had to offer (all in walking distance). We also to a bus stop at the front door, metro and underground stations was a 5 min walk.
The Sony Centre was great for dining as well as down time an Imax theatre.
